I work near this location and occasionally I will order a breakfast sandwich for pickup on my way to work. However at least 3 out of my last 5 orders were wrong. Either details on the order were missed or they clearly just gave me another customer's order. This happened again today. I am automatically up-charged for a 2nd egg on the sandwich by default in the app ordering (fine I'll take 2 eggs), but then when I pick up the order it has one egg. It seems like a coin flip chance that I'll actually get what I ordered (and paid for) on any given day. I won't be going to this location anymore.

Staff were all very kind. Sandwich was sloppily put together. Visibly very dirty.

Not waiting around for an hour to place an oder spend 40$ on bagels I didn't want because they are always out of the jalapeño cheddar. If your going to charge so much for food service should be top notch.

Came in right as they opened at 6 this morning and was greeted by alert and friendly employees. Ordered the salmon and creme cheese and it was ready quickly. Also this goes without saying but walking in there the place smelled amazing. They're doing it right here.

Cashier rang my order then aggressively attempted to guilt me into tipping. Should I tip the cashier at the local 7-11 becuse they rang my order? This tipping culture is ridiculous Total turn off.

Went on a Sunday morning, the lady that was helping us, definitely had a attitude problem. Made us feel like we were bothering her. Never understood why, you get into customer service, then have attitude when you have to do your job. Definitely, not good customer service. Not that tuff, to smile and appreciate, why you have a job. Because of customers. Don't know about going back.

Just got this brisket sandwich for $8. I can't eat egg for health reasons, but when I asked for a little more meat since I can't have the egg they told me I'd have to pay more. I'm an adult! I eat more than this.

Found a hair in my food yesterday around 6:30am. Quality is going downhill.

The staff has always been super courtesy, and the Lox bagel will be my go-to unless the menu changes. I like that they are willing to help the homeless. It aids the environment by not filling the landfills.

I go there for the coffee. This time they said rather loudly that they don't brew decaf after noon. Because the morning is when people want decaf? ? I always mixed if half and half with the flavored regular coffee in the afternoon. This pretty much confirms that I'll never go there again since it was the coffee I was after. The bagel was secondary, and I can get that at other places.

No one dislikes white men more than white women. It's the only explainable reason the two young women making the bagels would treat us this way. I was all smiles and thank you's this morning, I even tipped. What the heck?

I’ve been to Einstein’s Bagel stores all across the country. I have never had a bad experience until I went to this one. The manager here needs to learn how to train his or her staff. They were the worst when it came to friendly, customer service. First, the gal who took my order showed zero interest in me or any other customer for that matter. It was like watching a robot. I ordered a Bakers dozen with specifics bagels. I got 6 of the 13 I picked, then 7 bagels I did not even choose. I didn’t know this until I got home over 55 miles away. I also ordered a Chili Cheese Bagel with Nova Lox, lightly toasted and no capers. The young woman who started to make my bagel took a different bagel, did not toast it at all and slapped on some cream cheese., then put on the lox and then capers. I tried to get her attention to no avail. When she handed me the bag, I mentioned to her she needed to read the orders better. When she asked why, I said I asked for no capers and lightly toasted. Before I could say anything else, she threw it in the garbage. I told her she didn’t have to do that as I would have taken it as it was made. What a terrible waste. She couldn’t care less. Every worker in this restaurant had the same attitude. How sad when they work for a great franchise. I’ll still be going to Einstein Bagels… just not this one…ever again.

I rarely frequent Einstein Bros. (perhaps never?) but I decided to stop by this location today. I ordered the 13 bagel box but upon arriving home I discovered I had been shorted a bagel. Not a real big deal but I guess you should dump the box on the counter and count them yourself. I called and they offered a bagel on my "next" visit. Fair enough but I would rather they just check the count first.
