The wet burritos are fantastic. They have a ton of cheese. Hands down the best burritos in wheat ridge.I recommend the steak, as well as the beef and bean. The add on ingredients are reasonably priced and the food came out very quick.They were also happy to include salsa with the burritos.

Ordered a double meat steak breakfast burrito. 85% potatoes 15% mix of meat cheese and egg. There was maybe 4 to 5% stake in this double steak breakfast burrito that cost me $13. Never again.

I had a couple of breakfast burritos, (potato, egg and bacon) today. Although the burrito was fat and filled with potato's, there was very little egg and bacon. I will also add that the green chili was delicious... El Jefe burritos is very convenient in this neighborhood, so I will probably return. Even though for the price I would expect more meat...

This place used to be good but it seems as the times have changed. Ordered a bacon breakfast burrito. It had maybe 2 little bites of bacon in the whole burrito. There was also barley any green chili. As others have said it’s basically just filled with mushy potatoes and a little bit of chili. Overall it was very bland and not worth the money. There are definitely better burrito places out there and are less expensive.

Just ordered this off grubhub. It was absolutely disgusting. Ordered a Mexican hamburger. You could tell the beans were days old. The hamburger meat was hard. Waste of money don't eat it
