Ordered online for pickup. Arrived at the pickup time only to have to wait an additional 10 minutes to receive my food. I couldn’t get anyone to acknowledge my presence for picking up my food. There were several customers just sitting at tables waiting for their food as well. Once I finally received my food, I got home and the cookies were ordered were old. Definitely tasted rancid. At least a few days old. The sandwiches are subpar. I’d much rather go to Jersey Mike’s or Jimmy Johns and receive fresh food made within a reasonable amount of time with better customer service. I won’t be back.

Best sub shop around! A little more pricey than competitors, but well worth it! Inly downside is that the ordering app doesnt have the full menu so if you want something not on it...e.g. tuna sandwich, you have to order in person.

This location's online ordering is very poor. I ordered online and sat and waited for my food for 15 minutes after it was supposed to be done. Another customer came in, ordered and got their food before they even started making my order. When asked about it, I was told that customers who ordered in the store had priority. Meanwhile, three other sets of customers waited for their online orders to get started. Not a great policy. I won't be back.

These guys have great subs! But the reason I only gave 4 stars, is because of the price. I was at another firehouse just the other day, and the same sandwich at this location is $2.50 more than the other location! I get it, these are franchises and prices may differ a bit, but I'm sorry, that's a huge difference!

Visited Firehouse Subs for the 1st time ever.11/21,23 at 6pm. The service was awful. There was a friend of one of the workers standing at the counter talking to the employees. This was way more important to them than making the customers' food. I waited 20 minutes for my sandwich. Didn't see a manager to stop this andHave them focused on their job. I hope if I decide on Firehouse Subs again, I have a better experience. I will definitely not be going back tothis location.
Generally I don't rate fast food places cause it is what it is. In this case I will though, because USUALLY you can count on a firehouse subs being clean and having good service/quality. Not really the case here.

It seems like this location is slowly going downhill. Firehouse is usually really good and I prefer it over other sandwich places. Tonight, our sandwiches were thrown together poorly. Half of my sandwich was hanging off the bread. They forgot the cheese and the bacon in the other sandwich!!! They didn't even cut them in half. It's time to find a new location to go to.
