Absolutely disgusting. I had first made this comment to myself getting a drink and the drink dispenser was dirty and sticky. It clearly does not get wiped down. Then as I was waiting for our food - which took FOREVER I noticed how dirty it was throughout the store. But it gets better, once I gave my kids their sandwiches in the car I found PET hair on one sandwich and they cut the sandwiches with a DIRTY KNIFE. I know this because their ham & cheese sandwiches had RED sauce where it was cut. That’s gross. Take a little more pride when working with people’s food.

I ordered through door dash for a Smokehouse Beef and brisket on white and recieved a club on a sub on wheat... the receipt clearly says I ordered correctly they just didn't pay attention to what they were doing. Tried calling and got no answer.

First off there was a nasty chemical smell in the dining area while food was being prepared, not good.Ordered a cold Italian sandwich and got home to find out it was only meat and cheese, with no veggies or condiments. Thanks for half the sandwich so now I have to try finishing it with what I have at home. Disappointed I tipped the cashier. Avoid this location, there's a better cafe and deli just a block or two east when they are open.

The staff here is always friendly and the food is great! Much better alternative to other sub shops and fast food places.Kid-friendliness: Super laid back environment wouldn't have to worry about taking a baby or kids in.

There are a lot of sandwich places. Many provide decent food but Firehouse is above most of them. We've been patronizing them for a few years and it's our go to sandwich place. I usually order the hook and ladder on regular bread. It's a loaded sandwich with plenty of meat and spices galore. Another one we ordered was the engineer which was decent enough. It has turkey, mushrooms, Swiss cheese and various spices. I have their app but it has been a bit buggy for me. I hope they improve it as ordering is difficult on it. Anyway my sandwich was quite good. Plenty of turkey, ham, cheese and all that other stuff. It is filling and very tasty. We have noticed that it takes a little extra time making sandwiches but then you'll get quality and quantity. When we order take out they wrap each sandwich and place it on a carton along with a slice of pickle. That is great when you eat part of it you can easily place the rest in its container in your refrigerator. Now it's nothing fancy if you are dining in but it is usually clean and functional. Maybe it's just a matter of personal choice but this place really is where we prefer to go. There are several sandwich shops closer to us but we hop in the car for a few extra minutes of driving for our favorite sandwiches. Pricing is quite reasonable especially when compared to other shops. We keep forgetting but they also have salads for the no carb people. Top rated in my book!

$15.33 for a medium sandwich. I think I'm getting to old. Pretty tasty though, order ahead.

I'm not even remotely kidding, this was the worst sandwich I've ever had in my life.Asked for a round up, asked for a tip, and $17 later I had something worse than subway on a bad day and I don't even eat subway.Cold, wet, soggy steak, partially cooked onion with skin, and huge chunks of mangled green pepper and almost melted cheese. Even reheating it couldn't make it edible. It went in the trash and I wouldn't be shocked if food poisoning was to follow. This was my first and last experience with firehouse subs.

Absolutely amazing service and staff. I come to this locate often when I’m craving a sandwich and I always know it’s gonna be a good time!

A cold steak sandwich made for an expensive, disappointing lunch. 5 minute drive back to eat and the inside of the sandwich is incredibly cold and just not what I wanted for a $17 sandwich.First time coming here, I’ll stick to Jersey Mike’s or just get cold turkey sandwiches here in the future. Not a happy camper & I don’t like to write negative reviews but felt this warranted it.

I ordered from this location via the GrubHub app, but for some reason. I ordered 3 sandwiches and they were all modified and perfect. The sandwiches had plenty of meat and toppings.Usually this place is pretty solid, but today they were just perfect. Great job!

The food here is yummy and maybe we went in on an off night with no manager present, but it was filthy. High schoolers took our order with minimal words uttered, made the sandwiches and then disappeared into the back. C'mon kids, it takes just 2 minutes to sweep and wipe tables. The floors and tables were filthy, trash overflowing. I went out to my car to get some wipes to clean our table off. If I wanted to spend $17 eating subs in a dirty place with a sullen teen, I'd just take my sandwich into my son's room.
