This location is a joke. Go to the one downtown if you want anything close to the Chicago experience. What a waste of my time and gas while in town from Texas.

Fantastic deep dish pizza. This is the best one I have had yet. I haven't experienced a ton of them, but this trumped my previous favorite, which was UNO. The sauce is favorable, and the toppings are well mixed. The crust is great as well. One small con is that the pizzas are huge and expensive, but the quality is certainly there.

Waited 50 min for an over priced personal pizza to find out they made the wrong thing. Not to mention it was over cooked damn near burned. Employee I spoke to could have cared less about any of the issues I brought up to her.Don't waste your time and money here. Go anywhere else.

Very good stuffed deep dish pizza with sausage. We ordered a medium pizza and it was big enought to feed 3 people with large appetites. The crust was perfectly crisp, buttery and flakey. The cheese inside was tasty and could pull 6" inches. Everything on the pizza tasted fresh and high quality. This is our new favorite pizza on the west side of town. Order ahead because the deep dish takes 40 minutes to cook.

Spectacular pizza! Everything super divineThe pizza margherita parmesan divine flavorThe divine cocktails!Super good recommendationObviously there are better ones but this one is super good
Deep dish is good but the thin (especially gluten free) is mediocre. Stick to the deep dish which is what they're famous for.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly

Impressive selection of government pizz. What impresses me equally was the customer service not only attentive but also genuinely passionate about helping the customer.
Really Great deep dish(get extra sauce), chopped salad was also really good , taste of Chicago done right!

We went to a birthday party where there wasn't anything gluten free. The staff there made sure that I was taken care of, and went above and beyond what I expected of them.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza was very much like thin crust.

I was craving pizza and wanted to try something new. Didn't realize this location was inside of a food hall. I ordered an individual pepperoni and a small chopped salad. My total was a little over $24. I was told it would be 20 minutes. I received a text that my order was ready a little over 20 minutes. It was sitting in the upper portion of the window, not under a warmer. The salad was handed to me from a cooler. The pizza crust was flaky. The pizza itself was cold and very cheesy. It's a pass for me. :(

Chicago style pizza at its best with that real thick pizza. I enjoy their Italian beef and the straight cheese pizza Chicago style. The pizza is a 45-minute wait, and the staff sucks at letting you know when it's ready. Freedom Street Social is a funny place to hang out with lots of food and fun. Triva on Tuesday is my fav.Kid-friendliness: it's OK to bring the kids here and what kids don't like pizza. (If they do its OK they have nuggets to)
