Had the best experience at this Jimmy John’s the girl that works there might be the manager or something there I always forget to ask her name she has a bun and always smiling she is the best always very sweet. I love how clean it is there to they do a very good job at this location 64th and Ward very proud costumerKid-friendliness: So sweet to kids always smiling and communication excellent

This is for the location at 64th and ward Rd. I ordered a beach club sandwich and asked for extra avocado spread which is 1.25 extra. The sandwich already comes with some and I payed for extra. If you look at the photo you can tell there's nothing extra about it. There's barely enough to cover what's supposed to come with it.

2/2/24 1:35 pm. ordered club lulu which includes turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. I asked for no lettuce or tomato but drive all the way home and it's just bacon and mayo. Proceed to drive back and show there is no turkey. Taller guy who made the sandwich tells me I ordered a blt without an "I'm sorry" or anything. I will say the lady at least apologized so credit to her. C'mon man, does a giant sub for 20 bucks with bacon and mayo look right to you?

Not sure what all the fuss js about but this place was good. Tastes the same as the other JJs. Good service as well. Our workforce is struggling. Try opening a small business and hiring people to do the basics. It’s very hard. My guess is they had a few bad employees. And or they were short staff at the time.

“Freaky Fast” delivery to a business in the same parking lot took 45 minutes. Had to call multiple times to find out what was going on, the “app and website we’re having problems”…this is the slowest and worst customer service location I’ve ever been to both for delivery AND in store. Avoid.

This is my local jimmys and I don't understand all the hate. The team here is super kind, they've always delivered on time, and I do love me some ham and cheese. Consistent!

Just pitiful I paid $15 for this lazy sandwich. This is so sad zero effort small portion. This is a real garbage establishment. You would be better off throwing your money in a hole.

Ordered delivery the other day the driver dropped my sandwich off at the door and ran off didn’t even know my food was here. Go outside to get it my drinks alll over my 26$ sandwich ?called the store asked for a refund refund was denied ??‍♀️ And destiny said she would give me a credit go to my account no credit so I’m out of 26$ for a sandwich I couldn’t eat and a drink that was all over my porch

The place has no closed signage, no open-closed timeslots, and the door was unlocked, so I walked in only to be rudely kicked out by an employee because it was not open. No greeting, no courteous customer service, no apology for the confusion. Wow, is this how you start a customer's day?

I ordered an online order and put in the directions cut in half and napkins with orders and they obviously don’t see that. I got home and was not cut in half and was missing napkins. I also ordered bacon and extra peppers and extra onions and it was very barely any there.
