Slow..... They always get the order wrong. Customer service is awful. Sick of paying for incorrect orders. Save your money and go elsewhere.. try to call to inform them of my wrong order and to see if a refund is possible and no one ever answers the phone at night.

I paid almost $10 for a 3 piece chicken Big box and the thighs are as big as a wing dried up and did not taste fresh. This was a total disappointment

DON’T GO HERE!!!! So I read all the horrible reviews about this place and decided to go anyway because it was the only place with fried chicken open late.. well I waited forever in the drive through and the man taking orders gave me such an attitude and said KFC was already closed online stated they are open until 12am and I showed up at 10pm. This guy apparently is very unhappy in life and can’t even do a simple job, he definitely doesn’t deserve to be getting paid minimum wage.. pathetic. I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THIS PLCE ONE STAR. It’s very sad how incompetent this locations employees are.

DONT GO HERE!!!! this place needs to be shut down!!!!!!! RUDE a** employees and managers. they WILL get your food wrong every time. But I wouldn't go back inside to ask for them to fix it because they will treat you like it's your fault and laugh in your face. These employees need to GROW UP! Can't even work at a simple fast food place without messing up everyday they will go no where in life!! CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!

This is the second time I have came there and the night manager has a nasty attitude a talks to his customers so rudely. He refuses to give fries for what reason I have no idea. Then when he agrees says it's a 20 minute wait for fries. This is ridiculous. I expect something to be done about it. Fries is not a big deal to this guy it seems to be such a burden. He's rude,immature,talks to his customers so nasty and just very poor service. I won't be back.

Shared with Taco Bell. This location suffers from poor customer service, speed, and cleanliness. Bit of parking outside. You can walk from any nearby neighborhood or parking lot also. Drive through and walk in orders. Lot of turnover with staff so someone is always new and honestly trying their best. Tables could use a good wipe down and the floor a run over several times with a broom. Food wise it's what you work expect from this franchise. Generally your order should be double checked before leaving. If you have something extra hooray? If you're missing something just return and show your receipt. It happens so often they don't question it much. Drive through can get backed up. Lobby too as they have one person working both generally. If you really want chicken you could try the Popeyes nearby. If you love the Colonel this is your nearest option. Godspeed.

The Manager at this Location is a total DICK!! I placed an order in the drive thru at 8:20pm today 07/11/2021. I asked if K3 Meal came with a drink and he replied "well don't u see the menu, it has a picture of the drink" he said it sarcastically and with an attitude. My husband left and let him know he has a f***** up attitude and the Manager said "Thank You". This was my first time coming here and the last. KFC should fire the Manager.

I dont know who the a****** was at the window that talked to my wife like she was trash first off no customer service skills what so ever pull up to order and he replys what do you want no hello welcome to kfc nothin second off she orders then has things to add and with his shitty a** attitude replys is that it with that shitty attitude next time i aint havin that s*** i will go back and have words with that punk this was around 8:15 p.m. NOT VERY HAPPY WONDER WHY THE ONE STAR SHUT THIS S*** DOWN

If you're looking for incompetence, you've come to the right place. They messed up every part of the order, the manager also is insistent that the Nashville hot combo doesn't exist and everything must be charged individually. Even then they couldn't be bothered to even put the right seasoning on it or anything. It's honestly sad if kfc is too complicated of a job and how this guy made it to "manager" given his lack of basic customer service let alone menu knowledge is literally astounding. The pictures only reference half this order but they screwed up the whole thing.
