Pizza not cooked all the way. Service when picked up was poor. Guy at the counter was short and rude. Asked for my sauces and made me pay again for extra sauce. Only thing that was decent was the breadsticks. Should have got sushi next

I placed an order for 1 pizza. Called the phone # for the store and prompt #5 says cancel your order. I did that within 3 mins because I made a mistake and needed to order more. So after 3 calls I finally got someone one on the phone. He said he would cancel my order and refund my card. The pizza showed up. I google treated my driver that I had cancelled the order. So no pizza, sent it back. Called got the manager Shannon on the phone and she told me I could not cancel an order after placed!! Why have an option #5 to cancel your order if you can not??? Not only that she’s rude and very unprofessional to be in management as that’s what I do for a living. Long story short.. I’m done with this store. 3rd time bad things have happened at this location. Papa John’s is my favorite, next time maybe Pizza Hut. Thanks Shannon for making my experience the last one. I recommend Cosmos Pizza.

The guy that took our order seemed like he was quite patient... It also seemed as if he was the only one there at the time.. I didn't see any one else... Besides taking our order. He also took the money made the pizzas and he even came out to deliver it to our vehicle.. it was slow at that time . But the food was actually good and fresh, I was able to eat the soft garlic knots on the way home... The only thing I did not like was the garlic oil they put on the knots was coming out of the cardboard holder that the knots came in.. I am a garlic freak. Lol I loooooove my garlic so when I didn't have the garlic oil to saturated my knots I got sad... They already were covered with the garlic but I like it when it's not already on the bread but I can dip it as well... Yuuuuuuuuum.. But other than that. This place is sooooo goodWheelchair accessibility: There is ample parking around the area so there is room to park in different places if you are wheelchair bound... They do have curbside parking as well but not much room to get out

amanda sucks and was rude as hell. the staff sucks the manager was a jerk and the service I got was horrible. don't waste your time on these people.

First time ordering and the experience was good. They carry coupon deals you can use for your order. Delivery was on time, even though I asked well done it seems it was just baked regular. Food tasted more like frozen pizzas from the grocery store than freshly made. Not the tasty pizza I was expecting p. Hut, dominos have more rich flavor. Probably will order again. But there is more and better options.

Driver didn’t even have change for my order and wanted to run off with my $50 without giving me change so I couldn’t even eat the food. This store needs to get their drivers to carry cash this is a major inconvenience.
