I have ordered here a million times this time has finally done it for me and I will never be returning pizza was so poorly cooked even though I put well done. Also is was so horribly cut like can any of you make a real pizza because idk what this is and can’t believe you sell this to the public straight horrible. Would give zero stars if I could.

Ordered online and app said 10-15 minutes for pickup, took them 45 minutes to tell me it was in oven, while kids crying in the car, they then said they lost the order and had no idea where the pizzas were after standing in the store for almost an hour. Dudes plumber crack hanging out of his nasty sweatpants as he pulled pizzas out of oven. Morons ?

Very rude staff! Told me 6 mins when I walked in and then I waiting another 10 for my order. All the guy had to say was "don't know what to tell you. Tall thin guy with full beard is super rude. Bathroom was dirty. Won't go back.

Ordered on the mobile app, one cheese and one pepperoni pizza. They made two pepperoni pizzas. I called the store and they told me to just pick it off. My son's friend is Muslim, we can't just pick it off.
Second time in a row, 20-30 minutes turns into an hour and a half. This store is useless. I just regret paying the tip before hand.

We had a boy stay at our house who cannot eat pork for religious reasons. We ordered a cheese pizza. They made us a pepperoni pizza. So we called to report it since Papa John's has that guarantee. The guy threw a fit and told us to pick it off. Papa John's Guarantee, you will have a bad experience.

Tried order 4 pizzas plus two dessert orders using advertised promo code BSA 23. Told the gal at the start of the promo code. After placing the order she said I'd need to call manager at a different extension and replace the order. Called back and was informed they weren't aware of the promo and I'd have to call back the next day as mgr was not there. Called back to order without promo and they disconnected the call. What a joke of a firm. Lost our business forever.
