Picked up my "large" Chicken bacon artichoke pizza, asked for light on artichoke, and got 3 pieces. Are you short on pizza dough? They could have done a better job on stretching out the dough. I can see this happening if you're busy but no one was up front when I grabbed my pizza. Common Papa Murphy, you're better than this!

Ordered there 2 nights ago ordered. A stuffed Chicago style and the taco got home and cooked them and realized that the taco pizza was not a taco pizza so called them and Jayden helped me she was so nice and handled it very well she was the best. This was the one on 64 th and Sheridan.

I've gone several times and each time my order has been wrong. Today I received a text message from Papa Murphy's saying that it was national cheese pizza day (Saturday September 5th) so a large was supposed to be $6.00. I asked for it over the phone because their website didn't list the gourmet chicken garlic. I ordered the following; large cheese thin crust pizza with extra cheese (which I knew I'd have to pay the difference for the extra cheese) but I got a cheese on regular crust no extra cheese. My chicken garlic was also normal when I asked for cfc thin crust and extra cheese. When I presented my phone as proof of the $6.00 price the girl said that was an online order promotion. I then said I called ahead to ask over the phone and she did said she couldn't honor it. Like I said there have been several times where they've gotten it wrong. I know I can go elsewhere but this us my closest location. Very upsetting.
