Food was delicious as always, but the service wasn't the best. Wasn't too busy, but our waitresses family got sat in her section, and she never came back to check on us after we got our food.

Went here last night to check it out for dinner. It was about 5 and was not super busy. We wanted to go check out their happy hour. We asked if we could sit in a booth since their was tons of booths available and the hostess sat us at a small half booth half chair table and told us to wait while she got a chair even though there were tons of open booths, then we asked to move since it was a bit cramped and she seemed extremely annoyed. Waited 5 minutes for anyone to greet us. When they finally did all they did, I wanted to order a drink off the happy hour menu, they were out of frose, a strawberry lemonade cocktail, and then when I said just a Moscow mule they let me know that they may be out of ginger beer. We ordered the pretzel and beer cheese. Asked for the check and left. I will never be back to this place and I recommend that you don’t waste your money here.

Seriously?? WHO charges $8 for asking for half and half pizza? Was SO hoping we could use this as a weekly date night or family. $4 pints which are supposed to be $3 the next time. DIDNT happen on our bill. It was so busy that I didn't ask for the reasons or to refigure. We wont be back

First of all parking was awful. No parking spots available. Finally found one. Second the waitress didn't bring my calzone out with the rest of the people's food. Waited and waited for the waitress to come back on the floor. Then ask her and she had to have one made and then it had to bake. Came out just as we were ready to leave. I took it home in a box. She didn't charge us for the calzone and that was the right thing to do. We have been there before and this has never happened. Won't be thrilled to go back. We took my son there and told him how good it was. We were very disappointed.

I will never go here again and much rather order little Cesar's. The pizza barely had any toppings for the price and there was no sauce at all very dry. I will not go back here

Food is OK, happy hour is OK, service has gone significantly downhill especially at the bar.

Food was good , other than there wasn't very much Italian sausage on the pizza. A couple of pieces didn't have any. They need to a better amount of toppings on the pizza.

Good food, clean restaurant. I like this place but there is a reason for not having 4-5 stars. We came on a Sunday for lunch at 11:30am. Seated promptly we had a very nice waitress. I had a card for a free signature pizza, so we wanted to try this place. I met the Manager. Super nice guy! He was on the floor the entire time, checking on his customers and bringing food to tables from the kitchen. I appreciate a "Hands on" Manager. The pizza was delicious, but NY style pizza shouldn't flop. We ordered the Signature meat but wanted half cheese. The wife didn't want meat on hers. She ordered the house salad for $5.00. When we got the check, it came out to $11 something (See photo). I went ahead a paid and left a tip for the full amount. I asked on the way out the door what the extra $5.00 was? Waitress couldn't figure it out at first but then said you split the toppings, so there's a charge for that. I did not know nor was told this when I ordered. My response was, you left half the toppings in the kitchen, yet I am being charged $5.00 more? I didn't want to quibble over $5 bucks, so I said okay and we left. Bottom line is, it's the principal. Why the nickel and diming your guests? I'm still scratching my head on that one. P.S. Music is too loud in this place. Not sure why either.

Always been a big fan of Parry's. Some of the best pizza and the widest selection of beer around. I've made great connections with the staff as well. However, my last visit was missing something. I have always loved the cheesy goodness of the Uptown Mozzarella on almost every visit. This time, not so much. I recognized right away the not only the shape had changed but also upon biting into my go to delicious pleasure I was I was disappointed in the unrecognizable taste. I couldn't even finish the last 2 Mozzarella rectangular things. Very disappointing. From a huge fan please bring back the Uptown Mozzarella as they once were. I won't be ordering these imposter starters again until they are back to the cheesy goodness I once loved to enjoy with my pizza and beer.
