I've tried calling this location to order a pizza. I call and call a number of times and no one answered the phone. The only thing I got was the call center. I was passed around to different stores that couldn't deliver to my address. One individual act as if i was inconveniencing her! I was so disappointed and disgusted with the customer service i decided to go a different route! Pizza hut has been my pizza of choice for over 15 years. I will never eat pizza hut again!

Wish we could give them zero stars I spent over 100 to feed my big family we caved in and tried them again haven't used them for 3 years because they always mess something up but my husband wanted to try the hot honey pepperoni pizza that was really good but they can't put pepperoni on a simple thin crust pizza. And when you call to have them fix it they refuse to then when you call the call center because they won't answer the phone they also won't answer for their call center honestly this location should be shut down permanently and we will never use pizza hut again ever

Two Large Thin Crust 24 wings ordered this day cuz i just knew it was going to be slamming...but hey. One Love.

This is how my food was delivered. 2 hours late and to my neighbors address left in the snow. This is a very bad location to order from I would recommend another one they have never been good to me or any of my neighbors and in order to help you from getting messes like this delivered to you… very

Honestly the food that comes out of here I really enjoy however, tonight they sent a DoorDash person to deliver even though I went through Pizza Hut directly. The delivery driver dropped off the wrong food and by the time I noticed it was too late so I called the store and asked the lady who answered to remake and redeliver the correct order to which I was told no, and that I would have to escalate this myself to the higher ups.Not only is that horrible customer service, you also just ripped me off and left me with two disgusting pizza flavors here that I won't eat. Best advice, I work in the area at a restaurant and we constantly have issues with Door Dash mucking up orders. Maybe use a different third party delivery system or just turn deliveries off if you won't fix mistakes that your company created.

I live nearby, so I often order takeout. My orders are ALWAYS on time and the folks that come to the register are always great.Sometimes I’m lazy and get delivery and the drivers are always swift to deliver and are super friendly.The pizzas are hot and filled out well with toppings.Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking and the building is accessible.
