Mitchell was a rock star today. He treated us with warmth and enthusiasm from the moment we walked in! I had the fried chicken taco and it was fabulous. Thanks Sole in the kitchen! Haven't been here in an while and I will definitely be coming back soon!

My husband and I had lunch here. It’s different to the one we were used to in Texas (where Rusty Taco originated from) but the food was still great! The sauce on their fish taco is so tasty. The BBQ brisket taco was also amazing. Will definitely be back!

This place is great. I came In to get some nachos and some customer was yelling at them because he forgot to grab his margaritas. The manager kept his cool. Surprisingly. Big props to the manager and the team for not losing it on that guy. The nachos were great too. I’ll be back for sure.

Worst service ever. Every time I place an online order they don't start preparing the order till you get there. Been waiting for my online order for half an hour and 2 walk-in customers have come and grabbed their food before me. The mismanagement is not even surprising considering they have left teenagers in charge with no manager on-site.

I have had to cancel my last two orders due to incompetence at this location. The first one was a curbside pick up. I arrived and called the store and they said they would be right out. 20 minutes passed and no sign of anyone coming out. I went inside and was told they lost the order and it would be 30 minutes before it was ready, so I canceled it. It took 4-5 days and multiple calls to get a refund. The second order was today where I ordered delivery online through the website. An hour and 15 minutes passed and I called the store to check status, and was told they "don't do delivery" and when I said that I ordered and paid for the delivery fee directly through the website, he said that "he didn't know how the website worked." Don't waste your time with this restaurant.

This was our first time trying this place. We ordered takeout. 6 tacos, 2 flavored margs, chips and salsa and guacamole. We were missing a taco, the tacos were missing avocado, they were out of guacamole, our fried shrimp wasn't fried, and they forgot the margs so made it while I waited and made regular margs instead of flavored. Will not be going back to Rusty Taco. Don't waste your money.

Waited a very very long time for our food, once we got it, we drove not even 5 minutes away from the house, we live across the street, and our food was cold. I got the shrimp tacos but made it a bowl and the rice was hard as a rock. I for maybe 3 shrimps in my bowl. It has no flavor. I will NEVER go back and I have never been so disappointed with a food place. I literally did not finish my food and I was starving, left work and had back to back appointments so didn't have a chance to cook at home and now I'd rather go to bed hungry. Total waste of time and money. Don't ever eat here! On and I've gotten more food in a tray like this at a public school!
Saw the "always late" reviews and held off trying for the longest time. Well, unfortunately this was the case. Free taco promo on taco day got me to try it. I got there 10 minutes late because of all the other reviews saying they are late. They said I was next up and should be up soon. 20 minutes later, I finally got my food. They forgot the chips and nachos. Do not go if you are in a hurry. Food is decent.

Avoid at all cost! The restaurant is dirty. The tacos were horrible. I wasn't aware you could mess up a taco, well they figured it out. The meat in my tacos were dried out, over cooked and cold... the person making my nachos actually licked one of her fingers in the process... needless to say, I just threw them out. Disgusting... I will never go back
