I hate leaving reviews because it’s really hard to know if that’s a standard experience or just mine. But I can’t say I would recommend this place in Arvada. Santiago’s in other cities are great! But this one has been consistently a poor experience. Although the food is cheap you shouldn’t waste your time or money. The service unfortunately was the worst part & that’s an honest review of the place. 2/10

Very disappointed with our food here. We ordered tacos and the shells felt like they soaked them in water beforehand. I picked one up and it completely fell apart. Thankfully I had some tortillas at home I used instead. Green chile had almost no flavor. Had to add salt to our burritos and chile for some flavor. The burrito tortillas were also soggy and slimy. Just overall disappointed. The service was fast. But maybe if they took extra time it would be better quality?

Great service, they provided a lot of burritos first thing in the morning within a hour. This location in my opinion makes the best ones too.

Santiago’s food is pretty good, it’s too bad everything else takes the restaurant down in quality.I really like supporting small businesses, but Santiago’s is hurting itself. When I walked in the door, I was met with four pairs of impatient eyes staring at me from the booths at the front. It must have either been door-dashers, Uber eats, or people waiting for their food. When you look around you can see a few options for seating, as it is not a very large space, but the walls and surrounding area are so bland, it feels wrong dining in.When we all sat down, our waitress (it feels weird to even call them that, because they act like the building is their house) met us with a frown, no thank yous or anything in terms of friendliness. They weren’t necessarily rude, just not super kind. They took our order and we waited for our food. It didn’t take super long, and the food was pretty good. I ordered chicken enchiladas and aside from the bland beans they were really good. The chips and salsa are not complimentary, which may explain the slightly cheaper prices. Our waitress never refilled our drinks, and another one noticed and came to take care of us.Overall the restaurant is very sad looking, the service isn’t great and the wait times are okay. The food is delicious, which is why it’s disappointing to be in the building. The food is probably great for take out. It’s a restaurant that has potential, but it would probably need Gordon Ramsey to set it straight.Parking: Parking is easy to find, just in front of the building and on the left side, but there’s not many available spaces.

It took 3 people to take the order, serve us and give us the bill... Our waitress must've forgot we were there. All of the employees seemed in a fowl mood and weren't very friendly...

Ssmothered beef burrito with half and half green chili. The star if the dish is the flavor packed green chili, not to hot to kill your taste buds and complements the ground beef perfectly. Always enough green chili to last through the last bite. Good portion sizes. Needed a bit more wait staff and the tables need adjustments. We moved booths and both had wobbly tables. Fixed it with folded napkins. Overall a very good family owned, community oriented eatery.Kid-friendliness: Large open seating for family's and large groups. High chairs and booster seats are available. Very kid friendly. Plus kid menu items.Wheelchair accessibility: All one level, seating and bathrooms are wheelchair accessible.

The food was barely okay. The cheese was not melted. I felt like the food was a little bit cold. The plates were cold they definitely weren't warmed. When you walk in the atmosphere, it feels like the restaurant is closing down. I really couldn't tell who the waitress was. I didn't know where to sit. I just sat myself. The price was good but I would like hot food. I ordered the Indian taco. It was a very large plate smothered with chili and cheese.
