Never have I ever wanted to review a Starbucks even though I’ve been going to them for decades - but I have to shout this one out!! Kyle was such a kind soul and is the type of person I want to order my coffee from every morning when I’m half asleep and can’t form a full sentence because Kyle’s patience and willingness to help is so genuine appreciated. My coffee was perfect. Thank you, Kyle!! ?? ?

Had a new girl that was making my drink and didn't realize it wasn't very good until I was driving away period it's bad you have to pay $6 for a coffee and it's not very good. It should have been delicious!

One of the best Starbucks and coffee shops in the area. Awesome staff and drinks are on point every time.There's been a couple times I've ordered online using the app but ordered for the wrong location and this location in particular has always graciously helped me instead of sending me to the location I accidentally ordered from.

(updating post)While i wait for an appointment sipping my Starbucks i skimmed thru reviews and wow..... Most of the negative reviews make some reference regarding the older guy with the little pony tail.... Some go back 3 years so this is enough for me to accept it's time to move on permanently no matter how convenient the location is. This Starbucks could care less about customers(the only reason they exist is literally because of customers DUH!)Either this man is the manager or the manager condones his behavior towards customers and has for years.Either way in not giving one more cent of my hard earned money to this Starbucks and i do suggest to the good employees who appreciate the customers move on this place does you no justice. Plus i doubt this Starbucks survives once the new ZIGGY'S OPENS UP 2 BLOCKS AWAY.CAN'T WAIT! ?✌️ ---(end of update)I was not happy with my drink so I went inside to have it remade and the young lady at the register was accommodating, professional, she remade my drink perfectly and I left happy! I forgot to get her name but if it matters it was about 12:45 p.m. today.I actually would have given 5 stars if the older man at the drive+thru didn't tell me mobile orders usually take about 10 minutes to come thru.....i know that's a huge exaggeration. Because I consistently only order this way since it's been a thing and this is the only location I've ever visited that it seems to bother someone. In fact it's never even been mentioned at one other Starbucks and I regularly visit numerous locations across town. The man has just always been so obviously annoyed by it otherwise why would he feel the need to comment every single time.Those are the times I DO NOT TIP so maybe he should at least consider his coworkers before saying things that a customer may be put off by.Just sayin.....?‍♀️

Guy at the window was rude as hell this morning.Placed my mobile order, and drove up to the window, the app said my order would be ready at 6:19 I got to the speaker at 6:18 and was told “we don’t have that, when you place an order the app will tell you when to come it’s probably 10 minutes” which I know, I’ve been ordering from here for a while now I wouldn’t have shown up if the app didn’t show that my order was almost ready
