The quality has gone down, especially with their drinks. We ordered old fashions and they were watered down with a lot of ice, they used to use just one large cube to cool it down. We were also looking forward to lobster rolls but were all out by 7:15pm. The staff also turned off the open sign and started closing down 8:15pm when there were several tables still eating.

the food was good but a little pricey for a basic food wouldn't really spend that kind of money for that type of food.

The service was fine, but not overwhelmingly hospitable. We reserved a table to celebrate a birthday, but Steuben's did not offer anything special to help us celebrate. The deviled eggs were not good; they felt rubbery and tasted old. The Nashville fried chicken was very dry. The coleslaw was not dressed until we asked for dressing. Overall, the quality of the entire restaurant was not worth the cost. So disappointing considering Steuben's used to be one of our favorites!

We ordered the crab roll for $18. It looked like it came out on a single slice of toasted white bread. It was so little food that we ordered chicken to go order, the tenders are dark , almost black. Like they were in the fryer for the entire time we were waiting. tenders to go. After waiting over 30 minutes for our

I love the menu - an eclectic mix of comfort food and a few more modern twists on some old favorites - such as green goddess burger, and options for restricted diets. This restaurant is very large, and has some interesting décor and vintage equipment, ample parking. While we were waiting, our server brought a plate of complimentary deviled eggs. They did not disappoint as they had an additional, unexpected spice I've not had in a deviled egg before but really enjoyed. Possibly nutmeg or allspice but we were not sure. I had meatloaf, which was as good as any meatloaf I've had, fantastic! The smashed potatoes were a little dry but had a good flavor. My husband's Nashville chicken was definitely hot, spicy!! My daughter had a salad with the Nashville chicken on it. Service was perfect, and timely. Prices on the high side of reasonable, but justified.

Service was great! We ordered our fried chicken sandwiches and were charged extra for fries which was a bit odd since we didn't ask for them specifically. The chicken was a bit tough and not nearly as juicy as it could've been. Overall, it's pretty decent diner food!

We had a great dinner here on July 4th. Service and food were spectacular. I got the chicken and waffles which was delicious. The chicken was super flavorful and juicy and the portion was huge (3 pieces!). My man got the cheesesteak which was "different", but delicious. We do wish it had come with a side, though. There were no fries or anything, just the sandwich. If you're a drinker, you must try the Zombie. We also got the coconut cake, cookie dough donut holes, and a blueberry pie milkshake. How we stayed awake during the fireworks after a meal like that is anybody's guess. Can't wait to come back for seconds!

One the best dining experiences I have had. Food all hand made from scratch. Fresh super tasty. Well executed. Service was great. Everyone attentive and smiling. If your looking for a place to eat this is where you should go. The desserts mind blowing.

Nothing spectacular to report here. Decent food (and happy hour deals) - but not a ton of healthy options and relatively slow service. A little hard to get to (you can only turn directly into the lot from one direction on the street, you otherwise have to drive through multiple lots or drive past and do a U-turn on a major road).

Old school diner feel with a good selection of food options. Nashville hot chicken is ?but super tasty!! Great little in house bar with some spectacular cocktails

We waited way too long for dinner after ordering. It was not that busy. My husband's bacon was cold in his BLAT. I came hoping to eat the lobster roll and there was none. It was loud. I don't think I will go back.

Limited menu focusing a lot on chicken but we'll prepared and friendly staff. Lots of noise coming from kitchen depending on where you sit. Excellent meatloaf and great shakes. Try the butterscotch pudding.

We tried Steuben's last night for the first time and took out of town family so we had a large group. Our waitress was amazing and our food was so good! We will definitely be back!

We have not had dinner at Steuben's before but love the breakfast menu. We found the dinner menu less interesting and waited for our food to arrive for 30 minutes. The food was average and I was unimpressed. I made reservations a week ahead and yet we had to sit in the bar area, not the best venue for a family. Thank you.

We had family in town and brought our loved ones to your amazing restaurant. We are often patrons and wanted to share the experience with our family. Excited for brunch to come back!
