I have never had a good experience here. Everyone who works here always seem miserable and act as though you've ruined their day by coming in. This last time the ingredients looked very wilty and old. Whoever the owner is, I think it's time. Throw in the towel.

This is the slowest subway. Every time we order online. I arrive a few minutes after the pickup time and end up waiting a half-hour for my order. They had ample time to make. If they needed more time they should set the pickup times for later. It is so close to my house but I feel like never supporting this local franchise again.

I have finally had enough with the 2 chicks that work there, that I'm leaving a review. It doesn't matter who the order is for or what time of day it is, these 2 awful employees are always in the worst moods. They never acknowledge your presence and never respond to a thank you. Online ordering is ridiculous. Sandwiches are never made when you arrive, even after 20/25 minutes. And if they are made, it is not reported on the app and they throw your sandwich on some random shelf in the wrong letter of name. So you don't even know if it's yours when you arrive. Then have the nerve to give you an attitude if you don't leave a tip. Customer service is not the field these people should be in. What sucks as well is I don't see this location being open much longer. They are always out of ingredients and the bread is never fresh made anymore.

No idea, got here and been here for about 15 minutes. Door is locked, lights on, everything out but the sign says open. No other signage as to why they are closed during business hours. Also, phone number on the door is not a valid number. Odd.

My sister ordered her sandwich. A totally wrong sandwich was delivered. She called the subway on 80th and Kipling in Arvada. There was no one answering the phone. It went straight to a busy signal. She called over and over with just a busy signal. How on earth can you run a business without answering the phone. The customer service is horrific. There was no way to be able to correct this wrongly made sandwich. She wanted an Italian sub but they put meatballs on instead. It was disgusting and not edible. We will go tomorrow in person and speak our disappointment with this Subway. Hope it ends positive.

I feel bad leaving this review as the employees seem to try hard. The owner/manager is the issue. Why do you not accept coupons? How long does it take to fix your fountain machine? The lack of care is astounding, subway needs to show this person how to actually run a business.
Completely lost my appetite when I came in and saw the only employee there with dirty Nasty unbrushed hair and kept touching his/her glasses with gloved hands they are also touching the food with while making sandwiches. I can't believe Subway allows their employees to come to work like this. Completely disgusting! Do not eat here!!!!!

Online orders get messed up here often, I paid extra for extra I didn't get and didn't other 3 things I added. It even showed my order correct the receipt but the sandwich wasn't & this has happened multiple times.
