This was the saddest most disappointing sandwich I have ever gotten. Seriously this whole staff needs to re do training. I came in to get a HAM AND CHEESE and the amount of times she messed up on my 6IN. To start she put the wrong meat on twice. She messed up the cheese even after I told her 3 times I wanted American she still continued to put Swiss on my sandwich, she barely put any lettuce on, I had 3 pickles and a single tomato. I asked for LIGHT Mayo and she covered the whole sandwich with Mayo. It was an absolute disaster to eat, it’s honestly so sad when grown adults can’t listen to people’s words and still don’t fix the mess. After almost 7 years of eating here me and my family will never return to this location. The staff needs serious training. I am beyond disappointed by this mean, it was absolutely disgusting and I went to McDonald’s to have a better lunch.If you can’t make food how people tell you, you should move on and get a different job.Such a sad and poor experience here today, we’ll never be coming back. I’ll drive the extra 20 minutes for a better subway

For starters Marcella was extremely disrespectful we ordered 4 drinks she messed up and only put 3 and she got mad at us for not paying for the 4th one even tho they messed up. She came over with an attitude slamming the recipe on the table telling us we had to pay for it which I get but they messed up and she was very rude about it. They didn’t seem to have in under control, didn’t have all the products out and ready. They had an attitude the whole time not being nice getting frustrated with each other just not a good vibe inside of here makes me not ever want to come back everyone here use to be so nice but not anymore. They need to get it together here and learn customer service. My dad ordered a sandwich and asked for the sweet onion sauce and Marcella said you want the sweet onion sauce and he said yes and she continued to not out it on his sandwich. One of the lady’s yelled what the hell about something which in my opinion you would not be cussing in a work environment. The lady ringing us up kept asking which sandwich’s we had to ring us up right and none of them would tell her and when they did it was so quite and not understandable so we had to end up telling her what we got.

Came in for lunch today and when we walked in someone asked for help, then a woman in the back said NO, IM BUSY! she came out with an attitude because there were 6 of us ... I ordered 4 drinks, paid over $50 for my order and then she came from the back asking how many drinks we ordered. I said 4, Marcella responded with well you only paid for 3 I said okay, she stormed off and started talking aggressively about us in the back then she came out, slammed the receipt on the table and said you paid for 3 you need to pay for the 4th....if she would have politely brought it, not have had an attitude from the second we walked in the door or cussed about me and my family I would have gladly paid for it, but it wasn't even our mistake and it was a whole 2.39 cents... this woman would be better off working in collections versus customer service!!

Came in, bought two chicken footlongs with all the toppings. Ate one for lunch at work that night. Spent the next day having the worst food poisoning I have ever had. I nearly went to the hospital. The diarrhea and fever finally went away last night. Still don't feel good.

I ordered two 6 footers and 8 meatballs for $35. The Cali turkey was great. My husband loved it. The turkey 6 footer had 2 thin slices of turkey a slice of bacon and mayo. I didnt get the veggies I asked for. Photo below. I didn't dare take it back because the girl behind the counter was rude when I asked why 8 meatballs cost 8 bucks. I wasn't rude but frustrated. Initially, she hadnt had my meatballs included and kept telling me I hadn't ordered them. The young fellow supported my claim and was going to fill my order. The gal pushed him aside (not like a shove or anything, just placed herself between him and the meatballs) and said she would fill it. When I saw it was 8 meatballs I asked why. I have been in there prior times and 4-6 meatballs are 2 bucks. She stated it was because I ordered a protein bowl. I explained it was because there wasnt an alacart option but a protein bowl without any fixings translated into alacart meatballs. I get it but what bothered me is she was so busy trying to put blame on me for addressing the overpriced meatballs that I questioned her customer service. She claimed her customer service is excellent. It's not. Good customer service addresses the issue while validating the customer and hearing them out. She said it was because I was agitated. Frustrated and asking questions but not rude was what I was. She should have let the fellow take care of me, he was at least polite. Needless to say, I will not visit that location again. The gal is maybe early 20s, fake eyelashes that were coming unglued, the fellow was tall, lanky, shoulder blonde hair. The gal was in charge. I haven't seen her before. I have had great experience there in the past.

I haven't been in a Subway in a while, but I had a gift card. This is the first time I'm afraid to eat a sandwich. I ordered a 12" and he made a 6". He seemed high AF. Whatever. Decided I didn't need a 12" and moved on in my own head. The tomatoes looked moldy and lettuce was brown and limp. I'm hoping the tomato was just frosty, but I'm guessing not. Guy also didn't use gloves. Napkins were wadded-up and stuffed in the bag. I'm sad to say, it's going in the trash. I'm crazy disappointed since I went to the trouble of hauling my two small kids in there and wasted a card. Never again with Subway.

I do no recommend this location! One visit an employee accused me of taking chips I paid for. I showed her and the lady who checked me out the recipit & they did not understand (which makes no sense! Not sure what was wrong with them but they seemed mentally impaired) when they finally understood they did not apologize but continued to be rude. We tried it again and it was OK. But I guess third times the charm because we tried again & they guy who prepared our food wiped his nose with a glove on & then dipped his hands in several containers contaminating not only our food but all food bins. Then he proceeded to cut the sandwich with his hoodie strings dipping in the food.At this point I feel I should warn other about this place...I've really given them a chance but this is a health concern! All we wanted to do get our food without but always something. Do not eat at this location!

The Mexican lady at the front always has a terrible attitude EVERYTIME I go. There’s a little boy behind counters also ALMOST EVERYTIME I GO. The veggies are either frozen or just plain out terribly cut up. Meat looks like it sits out for a couple days. Employees VAPE in the STORE ALSO NEVER SEE EMPLOYEES wash hands just straight away putting gloves on after being in the back of the store doing god knows what. You also have to beg for napkins. Overall DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION take your business else where Unless you want nasty ends of the bucket vegtables or brown lettuce be there guest!Owner needs to shut down the store for a little bit and get ahold of employees and there terrible service.
