Tokyo Joe's food is so refreshing from our typical fatty food restaurant meals.Tokyo Joes has a wonderful and friendly staff as always, and as soon as I order, no matter how picky I am, the food will be out in 3 minutes. Every time. It’s a bit different from a traditional fast food restaurant. I like to think of it as a mix between a sit down and fast food restaurant. You order at the counter and they bring the meals to you. When you’re done eating they will pick up after you.As for the atmosphere, it is pretty typical. I like that their booths are super spacey, and they have high top tables as well. Nothing super special though.Their food quality brings me back almost everyday. I’ve noticed that they always result in better ingredients, though their food is still decently cheap. Around $12 for a bowl, and a bento box combo with a cookie and a drink included is $16. Really not bad at all.Something that I admire that some restaurants have is their sweet tea. Tokyo Joe’s tea selection is amazing! They have raspberry hibiscus, black berry, unsweetened, sweet and other flavors that taste natural and pure, not like Fuze from a fountain. They also use Stevia for their sweetener which is a good option.All in all, it’s a really great place to eat if you’re trying to get there in a rush. I remember approaching the restaurant playing the radio, going in and ordering, then coming out and getting into my car for the same song on the radio to still be playing. That’s how fast they are. The environment isn’t anything super special but they have a comfortable environment and their food is absolutely worth a try at least one time. Go get some Tokyo Joes.Dietary restrictions: They will accommodate any dietary restrictions and you can also build your own meals

I don't normally review chains. You know what you are getting when you go to one. However, the service at this Tokyo Joe's is great. I have never felt rushed when ordering and my orders have been perfect to date. That's what keeps people coming back. The place was clean, the food was spot on, and I have to recommend.

Incredibly kind and welcoming staff. Having worked in food service, I generally make a rule never to order from a restaurant that’s close to closing but I was in a bind and placed an online order. I got there about 10 minutes before close and when I picked up my order I realized I failed to duplicate it for my partner. I felt terrible but asked if it was too late to make a second one so last minute and the crew was super friendly and understanding, quickly making it despite nearly packing up. Definitely made my night and I cannot say enough how great they all were (I didn’t catch their names but it was the night of 12/13, give them a raise please)
Came in for lunch today and it was delicious! I hadn't been to a Tokyo Joe's in years and mentioned it to the staff. A very nice employee (I believe he is the manager) suggested I try the ramen, since it was cold out. It was amazing! The staff was personable, the food was tasty, and the place was very clean. I also couldn't believe how fast they were! Can't wait to come back.

Never had a bad experience here customer service was friendly like always but I ordered a salmon poke bowl with sauce on the side... There was little to no rice usually it's has a good amount of rice this had maybe quarter scoop if I had to guess and the rice was cold never had cold rice... And forgot the sauces had to drive back to get them not the big deal as I didn't even check before I left... But for $16 bucks for a bowl having very very little rice and the portion size usually very good sizes this time it was so small and for the price I could've gone to chipotle and or else where for better bang for you buck I was about to just ask for a refund but didn't wanna complain but just for the cost of it wasn't worth the food
