The employees that I interacted with were very immature and kept looking at me and laughing at me it was a Caucasian young female with a neck tattoo on the right side and an African American gentleman working on Sunday March 31st 2024 at night I even asked them what was so funny about me and they said oh we were laughing at something out the window Well it's 11:00 at night and there's nothing out the window but me

This was by far the WORST experience I've ever had at a Wendy's ever. The lady who took the order was very rude and blunt, the person who took our payment didn't confirm the order and only said "have a good night" then shut the window quickly, then when we got handed our food everything was there but the lady basically shoved our food in the car and then gave us our drinks (two doctor peppers and a sprite) you can see below the two doctor peppers were completely different in color and we confirmed it was doctor peppers they said yes then shut the window and laughed historically at us as we left the parking lot. We will NOT be going back in the evening.

almost all of my order was correct, but was given the wrong drink. was also laughed at as I left the drive-thru. when called to complain, the manager claimed I was given the right drink, and that the two ladies who laughed were just joking around. If it was a joke, I should have heard it. employees did not seem to want to work there at all. Will not return

Went through the drive through like I always have and anaa with the bad attitude always rolling her mf eyes bro like girl if you don’t like this job then leave an then on top of that yall made her a manger so she’s a whole manger laughing with her employees at the customers right in there face an idk it’s because of my race or something because ive never done anything to her or been rude strictly nice so idk why she’s always got a bad attitude and just plain out childish towards me.

Went through the drive thru. Could barely hear the girl who took my order, she had to ask what I was ordering a few times. Got to the window, she couldn't even give me my drinks or take my payment. The manager had to come over while visibly busy helping the front counter, and take payment, give me my drinks, and order. When I got home with my order. The burgers buns were so soggy, that we could barely eat them. Also ordered a cheeseburger kids meal and got spicy chicken nugget kids meal instead. My daughter couldn't even eat her kids meal. Such a waste of almost $40, and bad service. ?

One of the worst experiences ever as far as customer service. It was the evening time so hopefully they were just busy and having a hard time keeping up. Forgot some of our food and then tried to argue with me when I didn't leave the window right away. Seems like the price has doubled for every meal as well. They can keep that.
