I was at the drive-through this evening when an employee, who appeared to be a manager started screaming at the employee who was helping me, to close the window. After he was finished helping me and the window was closed she got in his face and started screaming at him more. It was an extremely windy day, but he was just doing his job and thought it was very inappropriate, especially in front of other employees and customers.

This Wendy's is pretty good. Since it's self checkout. I always reward myself with a large drink although I pay for a small. I consider it self compensation for doing someones job ?. Thank you!

I give up. That was their 10th strike. I am done trying to go to this Wendy's. My order is ALWAYS wrong and the food is very poor quality. There is another Wendy's down the street that I will be going to from now on.

went thorough drive through to order 2 waters and the manager was cursing and telling us how we shouldn’t have ordered water. almost threw straws at us and gave us very dirty looks. i would give 0 stars if i could. i feel very bad for everyone working there who has to deal with the blonde manager with glasses (watch out)

Should give 0 stars but I hit the drive thru fairly late on my way home about hour before close.First I they told me no cheese for my Jr bacon so I got Asiago.We’ll got home and to my surprise I had no delicious beef patty on my burger.I got a BLT instead of a jr baconWas still pretty good lol but probably won’t go back again ?
