Loved this quaint and cozy restaurant. Only ate breakfast here, twice. Food was amazing. Love the Rio Grande and the Gondola. Service was great.

I’m really in awe of the atmosphere, service and warm welcome we received from the staff, specially from Danny. She immediately realized we were Spanish speakers and switched to our language making us feel welcome! The food is amazing, but the drinks… out of this world! If you go, try the Purple Haze, it’s a delicious woody creek select gyn with blackberries, pineapple and more.It was a pleasure to be there, and have Danny at the bar. This is a must if you are in Aspen!

On my most recent trip, it was so much better than the previous time when it was "pinxos" - the food was delicious, and the portions are reasonable for the prices. I will definitely be coming back more now! The red pepper soup + French onion grilled cheese combo was amazing. Their bread is delicious!!

The charming ambience of the building was overshadowed by the dining nightmare that followed. In the midst of my meal, I was abruptly shuffled to a different table to accommodate a larger party, leaving me feeling like an inconvenience. The sluggish service only intensified my frustration, and the bison bolognese was a culinary catastrophe - watery & flavorless. A truly regrettable overpriced dining experience.

Dani and Patrick were amazing bartenders to talk to. They’re passionate about their recipes and it shows! Also, did not expect the house wine to be so flavorful. Very well balanced with a slight minerality.Try the rosemary focaccia, their house butter is very rich.
