One of the best restaurants in Aspen, it has absolutely everything, service, atmosphere, best food and crowd, please you must have the Lamb Chops, one of best I ever taste. Please make reservations way ahead.

4.7 The appetizers and pastas were absolutely delicious! This was some of the best Foie Gras I've ever had which pushed this review to 5 stars. The Cacio E Pepe was fresh and you can tell the pastas were home made. It was also cool some of the ingredients for the gnocchi special were housed from an employees local garden/farm. The main dishes lacked some seasoning and were a little lack luster compared to the Apps but would go back for those dishes for sure!!

Terrific food and service. Our reservation was made 3 weeks in advance but we were delayed in being seated. The host did apologize and provided a complimentary appetizer which was great.

I picked out a bottle of wine that appealed to me and asked the sommelier for suggestions and he suggested bottles 70% more in price. I really don't appreciate that. I ordered the delicious Vineyard 29 cab I had identified in first place. We asked for tap water and they brought bottled water. Some of the romaine lettuce on my salad had brown areas. They brought generous portions for a salad that was being split which was nice. Service was wonderful.

Food was excellent however it took over 15 min maybe even 30 minutes for our server to check if our main course was satisfactory. One of us had been served the wrong meal so awkward as one finished their meal before the other’s meal even arrived. Water glasses were empty during the time until we asked for more water …. Offered free desert but just wanted to leave …

Can't tell you when I last had such a delicious meal (maybe last time I ate there 15-20 years ago)! Had Beet salad and Osso Bucco. Also their Black Manhatten is to die for. The wait staff was attentive but not hovering. Yes, it's expensive, but probably the only meal and drink experience that I would do again and again. Can't wait to visit again.

Terrifying service from the manager and the waiters, they did not take into account the customer's requests, according to them they have operated like this for 40 years and they are not going to change their policiesThe cocktails were terrible, they served an aperol spritz and it didn't have aperol, they ordered a negroni with Gin Monkey 47 (they didn't have them) they ordered a Don Julio Reposado margarita (they didn't have them) the drinks were terrible and the manager and the Argentine innkeeper removed the drinks from the table without offering anything in returnAdditionally, we dropped a glass of wine on the tablecloth and we asked to change it. and the innkeeper got upset saying that it was impossible, that their 40-year-old policies allowed them to place a white napkin on top of the tablecloth to cover the stain, and that's what they did...I don't understand how a restaurant with so much rating has such simple and elementary flaws with customer service where you charge up to 25% of the invoice amount

I had a disappointing experience with this restaurant as the girl who answered the phone was very disrespectful. When I inquired about a table, she bluntly said no and abruptly hung up, despite my polite farewell. Customer service at the first impression was awful.
