The menu changed and I wasn’t impressed at all. The burgers were good but the new menu is very limited.

Food took forever to arrive.. waiting for food is a problem for sure. Food was ok, but not for this high price.

I’m gonna be completely honest, I’m not sure if this was a one off, but my friends and I had the worst time at this place. The food was honestly terrible the only good thing we ordered were their chicken wings and French fries everything else was terrible. Ordered their ramen (absolutely no flavor) ordered the bone marrow( no bone marrow) ordered salt for the table (got 2 empty salt shakers) the servers were amazing but if I’m spending 35 dollars on a bowl or ramen noodles I expect it to taste better than instant ramen.

Seems like they are still working the kinks out with service but the experience ended up being super positive. The ambiance is great and the little food we had was tasty.

Today may have been either an off night or very short staffed ??‍♂️. Took 25 minutes (it was timed) to get water to the table, and then had to place our order in twice, before they brought our meals (salads). At least compared to some of the other tables that were sitting before we got there we at least apparently got our meals at a reasonable time as some of those tables never even got meals nor their drinks. We have been to both Chica Miami and Chica Vegas and after giving this a try this year (4th time all together) I think it is safe to say that we will leave our CHICA experiences to the Miami location. And will rather go to a different restaurant in Aspen.

I had the besg experience at Chica yesterday. The food was delicious, quick and friendly service, with a great atmosphere and ambiance. The music was vibey, and the location is perfect. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and their burger and chicken sandwich is a 11/10! Will definitely be returning asap

My experience at CHICA Aspen was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality, and every aspect of the dining experience exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for an unforgettable culinary journey in the heart of Aspen, look no further than CHICA Aspen. Highly recommended!

Delicious food, even better service, can't go wrong with the yummy cocktails and colorful decor. We'll be back, 6pm is great for families and 8pm is perfect date night, thank you Chica Aspen!

Delicious food and a perfect spot for both date nights and family dinners! It's heartwarming to see families come together here, both on and off the slopes. In these busy times, the opportunity to share moments with loved ones is truly a blessing! The menu, crafted by Celebrity Chef Lorena Garcia, is not to be missed. Chica offers a special experience in Aspen, blending great meals with the beauty of gathering together!!

A fave when in Aspen. Visited last night and had a blast! The food and service were amazing. Definitely bringing the kids next time - there were a bunch of cute families there and the staff couldn't have been nicer.

Food was good but overpriced but what else is expected in Aspen. Service was good. There was a group of parents there with their bratty children letting them run around and scream throughout the restaurant and the tables. It was not appreciated. If I wanted to dine at a playground I would have. We mentioned it to the waiter but management did nothing to tell the parents to control their children. This was on 2-20-24 so you know who you are. The parents are to blame. When I told the kids as they ran past our table screaming to slow down and stop screaming, the parents proceeded to give us dirty looks. It was over the top. I never would have let my children behave that way in a restaurant,

I never write restaurant reviews, but I have to write this. I thought I was going back to the same restaurant I went to in past years, but this place has nothing to do with it. Sat down and realized the menu is much resized (mostly bar food)... ok, let's give it a try anyway. After having ordered (and opened) a $120 bottle of wine, we find out that 2 out of the 7 main or sandwich options are not available. Would have been nice to know that before ordering that expensive bottle! Then the food. The $35 cheviche was inexistent: a handful of nachos with some chopped tomatoes but 3 or 4 pieces of seafood in there. Meatballs were served cold. Ordered waffle fries but got a lukewarm serving of regular fries. I won't talk about the service just because by reading reviews now I realize that the servers are probably dealing with a situation out of their control, but I was not impresssed. Very bad. Nothing else to say.

Since last year when we ate there practically everything had changed- very small menu , not great atmosphere, servers very disorganised, kept having to ask for things & the food took 45 minutes to come . Quite disappointed in our visit

Chica has a fantastic atmosphere with great music, but service was a mixed bag. The host was accommodating, yet the server lacked attentiveness and friendliness. Disappointingly, the old-fashions were watered down, overly sweet, and served with too much cubed ice, detracting from the overall experience.

Used to have such a great dinner menu in 2023, now it's just the lunch menu with 2 entrees which is laughable. Get your chef back and bring back the old menu if you want to be busy during dinner.
