Perhaps the food is really good but I have no idea. According to the host and manager, they were running out of food tonight so no to go orders are being allowed. It's in the evening and I'm staying at the hotel for a short overnight for work. I simply wanted some food to take back to my room, eat, then go to bed. Maybe I'm crazy but the logic seems insane to me. Only serving food to people who sit? I'd be spending the same money.... they lost a customer for literally no reason. Maybe if management did a better job of handling their inventory this wouldn't be an issue.

Great location and mediocre food. Full rack came super dry and as chewy as jerky. Sliced brisket came lukewarm and half dry. Meat most likely reheated. Beer was decent though. You pay for the location and not much else.

This is a great spot to hit right after you land at Aspen airport. It's located at the Inn near the base of Buttermilk mountain. Free parking and good eats can be found here. I got a pulled pork sandwich with their Mac and cheese side for about $20. My big party of 8 sat right down, ordered and we're in and out in under an hour. Great service, with a good beat selection. The BBQ isn't bad either!
Absolutely amazing burger and tasty side salad (the best one in Aspen from what I tried). The tomato soup with grilled cheese was fantastic (the soup was tiny though).

A very nice mountain pub, just a couple of miles away Aspen downtown, and near Buttermilk Lifts. Food is great, in particular meat (several oustanding options). Staff is nice, and service is fast. Many beer options on draft. Fried Mac and Cheese appetizer is really special. Atmosphere is nice. I will go again.

Server was a foreign lady named andrijana, who was rude from the start. Food was very cold. Asked for her to heat it and took 30 minutes. The vibes were alright. Even after they took all that time they came back even more cold.
