The food is average, nothing good, nothing bad. It's priced like you're in Aspen, though. And you'll be hungry when you leave.

Kenichi Aspen is top notch. The food was amazing, delicious and innovative. The service was impeccable. Our server was knowledgeable and able to answer our many questions. He was attentive without being intrusive. It was overall a fantastic experience.

Food was bland, wait time for the food is very long, portion is very small. The only good thing about it is the ambience.

We always make it a point to make reservations each year we come to Aspen but this time since it was only 2 of us we gave our table up to sit at a few empty seats at the bar and we 100% made the right choice! Aubrie and Emily behind the bar were amazing. They elevated an already wonderful dinner we knew we would have. Service was impeccable and they just kade us feel so welcomed. Really went above and beyond that we ended up making another visit for cocktails and another for dinner and drinks on our last night. Good and drinks here r always top notch but their personalities and customer service just put our experience over the top! We can’t wait to come back next winter!!!! Thank u for a wonderful experience!

We had a blast on my friends’ birthday party . Juicy was our server and she was amazing . The staffs were very accomodating and attentive . They made sure that we had all the things we needed. The food was delicious and so are the cocktails. They have great selections of Sakes( a must try pairing with your food) . We stayed at their private dininig area and it was just the right space since there were 14 people.Definitely reccommend this spots esp. for family style dining.P.S : If you are staying in Snowmass area, they also have one restaurant there.

I am sad to write this review as i have been a loyal patron for almost 30 years- it appears that Kenichi has lost a step. The dynamite shrimp were definitely not. The spicy edamame took 15 minutes to arrive. Rolls were fine. Everything was just ok- not spectacular as it always was. I hope they get their MOJO back.

Great service and the food was all delicious. Cocktails were innovative and we loved the lazy Susan on the table, made family style eating easier. Celebrated a birthday and they made the birthday guest feel special. Thank you for a great dining experience!

We had an amazing time dining here last night. We were a party of two, so since we went early enough in the evening we were able to get a seat at the sushi bar without an issue. One of our favorite parts of the night was watching the sashimi chefs plating the dishes from our seat at the bar. They, along with our waitress, were extremely kind and providing amazing service the entire night. We got some of the sushi rolls, which all turned out amazingly. All in all, I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a nice sushi dinner in Aspen.

Been to Kenichi a number of times but last night it was off! We ordered crispy tuna snacks and they were not crispy and bland and tuna was not fresh, ordered chicken skewers and no sauce and hardly cooked and if so like they were steamed not grilled, salmon sashimi was the highlight. Expensive and then when we got the bill they charged us for a dish we did not have.. anyway was ordinary

Food was fine. Couldn't get the waiter's attention to get another drink or a water refill. Waiter recommended ordering a certain way, my dinner came out 10 minutes after my wife's. Very mediocre experience overall. Don't waste your money

Waiter was attentive and friendly. Food was great especially the chicken skewers and king crab. The rolls we ordered were delicious. Scallop hand roll the best we've ever had. Would definitely book again!

An average restaurant in Aspen. Its theme was a Japanese restaurant, but the seafoods and sashimi weren’t so fresh. The Waygu combo was amazing, and caviar was great. Price is okay but the gratuities were 20% minimum.
