Todd behind the bar was an incredible server! He was kind and he was always on top of making sure we had everything we needed. This was my second time going, and I really enjoyed the tamarind limeade, and the lamb roast. Truly divine food for a reasonable price considering Aspen!

My wife and I came for lunch randomly. Food was really good. I love Mexican food and I have to say this place was up to par. To start we had the guacamole with homemade tortilla chips. And, for main we had the pineapple and soy glazed ribeye steak fajitas. Everything was great. I’ll come back for sure.

Los Montañas was a pleasant surprise. The food was solid, especially the steak fajita. The service was on point and very professional and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Definitely worth a Visit if you in the area.

First timer at Las Montanas and will definitely be back! Unfortunately we had a large lunch & only managed to sample some of the great menu on offer. Food was next level Mexican, Cocktail sand wines were great & our servers were all very attentive, friendly and professional...what a great spot! Highly Recommended! Muchas Gracias!

Best service in all of Aspen! Our server, Anand was amazing. Hospitality and service you don’t find very often. He made us and our son feel extra special. Also, the Ribeye Fajitas were delicious! Highly recommend! Thanks Anand!

This place is great! My server Jessica was very attentive and kind. The food was delicious. Definitely one of the more “affordable” options in Aspen if you want more of a casual vibe. Will be back!

Great atmosphere, great drinks, great service, but the food?High end prices for low end food. I know this is Aspen, but come on.I could have made better Mexican food and I’m British. The shredded lettuce on everything is suspiciously similar to the Dole shredded lettuce that you can buy in Krogers ?

Good service and food. I like dark lighting but it was actually too dark to read menu without flashlight.

Wow—what a great place! Food was outstanding—my son said best Mexican food he's ever had. He had the lobster fajitas, I had the tomatillo enchiladas which were delicious! Cocktails and service were also exceptional. Our server Anand was excellent and so sweet to my 7 yr old granddaughter. This place was truly exceptional for all the right reasons.

This was the best food I've eaten in CO. Reasonably priced for Aspen, and easy to get a table. Atmosphere is festive, but beautiful and elegant. Dining room is great for families, while the bar is a cool scene. It's super high quality, gourmet Tex-Mex. Exceptional blending of flavors without being too heavy on the sodium. Excellent drinks. Excellent queso. World class fajitas. Las Montanas is my new favorite restaurant in Aspen.
