I love coming here before I head up to ski Aspen or Snowmass. The quick grab burritos and bagels are delicious as well as their other pastries. If you need a quick bite before a long day of shredding the slopes, swing by this bakery!

Such a cute spot! The food is so yummy! Love their Burger Day on Fridays! Anna and Frankie were so kind. I showed up at their time of closing. It was during my lunch break and was not sure if they were going to turn me away. When I arrived, the staff greeted me with a smile and were happy to throw a burger on the grill for me. Thank you so much!

The staff were very rude and not helpful. After we bought food, we asked for a napkin on our way out, and the worker rudely said they are busy and ignored us.

Have not seen a place like this since I was a kid. Love the inside you can see everything being made fresh and the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had.

Came here with two girlfriends for breakfast. I got the ham and cheese croissant which was good but way expensive for what it was (I know we're in Aspen but speaking as a Denverite still). One friend got a bagel and we weren't sure what was on top but it didn't look or taste like cream cheese. Other friend got a burrito and said it was good, corn was a nice touch. They both agreed the drip coffee wasn't good at all, I tried a sip and it tasted stale and burnt. Was recommended this place from a bartender at Marble Distillery so wish we had a better experience!

I LOVED the cinnamon roll I got this am. I only got 2 pastries and immediately regretted not buying more after the first bite. Flaky crispy perfection that is NOT easy to achieve at this altitude.

Delicious bread and the empanadas are fire!

I'm only reviewing about the hours (not food) and my disappointment with an 8am opening for a bakery. It used to be open early and was our favorite place to stop. Our schedule doesn't allow us to go that late in the morning. I hope the hours will go back to an earlier opening.

Always the best pastries in Aspen. Great service and friendly. The options are amazing.

The new owners took an overpriced bakery and made it even more expensive. Nice work pricing out the locals for mediocre pastries.

I have tried to give this place redemption for seven years, today, I think was my last visit. I am tired of spending a lot of money on two hot cocoa‘s that are basically barely half full, the worst Americano in the valley, or maybe even the world, and then a burrito that just has zero flavor. I’m confused how one can mess up an Americano. I wish Luis Swiss was better, I would continue to take my kids there every morning before school for bonding and yummy treats

If you're looking for an authentic French bakery, look no further. Louis Swiss is it. No seating, just walk in and order to go. Great coffee too. My husband and I discovered them last year and look forward to our 1.5 hr drive for fresh pastries. You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful meat pies and turnovers. Definitely a great place, but be aware that they might sell out of what you’re looking for because they bake everything fresh every day.

Honestly the best bakery in Aspen. Have been here several times and there is nothing I haven’t enjoyed.
