The food and wine both were truly outstanding. The service was sporadic; they could have used additional help. The dining room views are to die for, and we loved the space between the tables and the privacy that affords. Only one constructive criticism: the sourdough bread and its delicious lemony butter should be included with the meal. Would by itself be a drawcard to dine at West End Social! Just slightly increase the prices of other menu items. Overall, a TERRIFIC experience

One of the entries was not fresh and inedible. Other items that were ordered were underwelming to say the least. On a plus note, they were very good catering to food allergies but since the fish was turning, it was inedible. Sauces are “old food” camouflage. The prices make NYC seem cheap! Ridiculous pricing for what they offered.

One of the most inspired menus I have seen in Aspen. All food was delicious, some of the best bread I’ve ever had. Mid century modern dining room was welcoming.

This was our first time at this restaurant and wow, all five of us loved it!!! We had the sourdough bread, fries, burger, scallops and the celery root salad. Everything was delicious and the service was spot on! Can't wait to visit again.

The Manager, Jessica, made sure our visit was extra special! The food was creative and well done - served expeditiously and with interesting conversation by John. We will definitely be back ...

The cocktails were great! The main courses were delicious. Our group had the octopus, short ribs, duck. All were great! The olive bread was average as was the baby gems salad. Service needs work. Our first server spilled a drink, no big deal just get a replacement, which he did. He had another waiter step in for him so he could clean up. I am not sure if there was miscommunication, but we did not see our original server the rest of the meal. We had to hunt down the replacement server to get our bill. Also the busing and water service left much to be desired. I hope they can get their service up to par as in general the food and drinks were excellent.

This restaurant used to be Plato's, but has been completely revamped, inside and out. New chef, new menu. The entrees were outstanding; the dessert (pavlova) looked good with its gold leaf varnish, but was of a lesser quality than the entrees. My only reservation is that we were the second party in that evening, a party of two, and though the restaurant was empty (it was early), we were given a table right by the door in the thoroughfare. We asked to be moved, since clearly there were other tables (one right in a picturesque window.) So, we were moved over to the next table which was still right at the back of the restaurant and right up against a heating/ air conditioning vent that felt very cold on our legs. We looked longingly at the table in the window, but, even as the restaurant filled to capacity in the next two hours, that table was never occupied. I suspect it was being held for some celebrity or some such, but it's a bad look and made us feel somehow less valued (even though, of course, we paid the same price for all the menu items.) But I would go back (perhaps request a better table ahead of time) because the food is excellent. Kudos to the new chef.

Amazing food with this wonderful new chef. I loved the gnocchi the best, but everything was good especially the caviar poppers and brussels sprouts and bison burger Excellent chocolate cake for dessert, excellent cocktails and the best view and ambience around. Great service. Plus you can actually hear each other!

Booked this for Vday while on vacation here in aspen. We were sat right next to the lobby front door, every time the door opened, got a major cold draft. Took a hour for us to get drinks. Got the complementary oysters before our drinks and mine was just the champagne offered. We were told by the manager that the first drink would get comped, it didn't. Food was fantastic, loved our entrées but the service was scattered and poor. I was also the only woman to not receive a rose for Vday while I saw everyone else get one. Crappy way to end the evening considering how the whole night went.

This restaurant was surprisingly good and the food was excellent I don't write reviews but felt that this restaurant deserves to be recognized We have been in Aspen and we dinned at 4 other restaurants that had much hire rating which do not deserve Not sure how they get these ratings But this place was good

Each dish we tried from the wonderfully curated menu was delicious and beautifully presented. The restaurant itself is an architectural delight and provides a quietly elegant setting. The service was outstanding.
