Staying at the Jerome in Aspen, and decided to have breakfast here since it was blizzard weather outside. The server for my table was Maggie who was not only beautiful, but was very attentive, and knew the menu well! She recommended the egg sandwich which was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this restaurant.

We had the 11 courses! Amazingly you can get through all of them. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared according to a theme the chefs create in advance, I thought the theme I got to savor in each dish was exquisitely executioned. Service was very nice and ambiance of restaurant was calm at the 6pm dinner hour.

Went to Christmas dinner with the family.Food was ok but not amazing which was very disappointing giving the level of the hotel and the cost of the fixed menu ($225 per person).I’m a vegetarian and we notified them in advance. The level of the food and creativity were below average. Not recommending this restaurant for its food. We did enjoy very much the holiday ambiance of the hotelVegetarian options: Was very basic. The first course was a small salad that was so salty that could not eat it. The second course was a plate with 3 small potato based dishes that was ok. The soufflé was good. The third dish was some basic dish based on mushroom but was nothing special. The main dish was few pieces of sweet potato that were served as substitute to the meat dish with few sides. This course was really ashamed for the hotel to serve and was very disappointing. The cheese course, sorbet and the desert were tasty but not exceptional at all!

Such an incredible vibe in this place. This is our favorite location to bring clients and friends who are visiting from out of town. Order the Western Front, it’s not on the menu, but it’s the best drink at Prospect at Hotel Jerome. Great beverages and food.

We thoroughly enjoyed eating breakfast here each morning while staying at the hotel. The juice was fresh and delicious. All the food options were great. The almond croissant was best I’ve ever had. The portions were perfect for fueling a morning on the slopes.

The food is well cooked. However, the lady in the restaurant reception today(Oct 08, 2023 10:50 am) is good at passive aggressive. I can't tell why we are asked to provide our phone number more than 3 times and communicated with the lady for 10 mins about our personal information in order to be provided a table. The lady was also not happy for my friend to spell her name for her. She can't bring us in the restaurant if we don't provide our info, she is neither not happy if we provide our info. I can't stop wondering why we were treated in this way. Is that because we did not reside in Hotel Jerome? Is that because we looked like Asian females?Next time, if I get into a similar situation, no matter how hungry i am, I would ask to talk to the manager and ask if they really need customers' personal info before bringing us in. Prospect is a michellin-guide restaurant, but I would never come again. 谁来谁下贱!

The reception lady is very very rude. Can’t understand why they hire someone like this.

Food is inconsistent. I had breakfast here and ordered the egg white frittata. The potatoes inside were almost raw and really crunchy, the eggs were watery and the side of potatoes was so salty I couldn't finish. The side of the free muffins was the highlight of the meal. For dinner I had the salmon dish with red curry. While the dish was delicious, it was extremely overpriced. The service also left something to be desired. It took our waiter close to 20 minutes to find the wine I ordered and we had trouble getting the waiters attention to assist us when there was only a small handful of tables seated. It may have been the off season so the staff are training, but for the price I expected a little higher level of overall care and attention from staff.

The reception lady is very rude. We ordered milk and orange juice but they almost forgot to bring it to us until we noticed them. Poor service.

Sorry to say this burger is way over priced. It was dry and lacked much flavor. For $30 you’d hope to get more. Just find a good tavern or pub and pay far less for a far better burger.

The atmosphere and service is great. The quality of the food not really up to the price. Basically the quality does not match the high price. Avoid the prawns and the buffalo ribeye is decent. The cocktails are not worth the price.

Having lived in Aspen for years and loved the Jerome in the past, my review is one worth consideration.Service was negative five stars; though all servers were nice, the management clearly has made every effort to the contrary of competence. Not once did anyone refill my sparkling water from the bottle which was on the table. The person I was told was my server (by two different people who took the order) never once made it to the table. My wine glass was empty for exactly twenty-one minutes before anyone tried to ask if I'd like another. Again, everyone employed was nice, but with glaring lack of management or oversight. I was told AFTER my card was charged that gratuity was included; the fact itself isn't a bother, but the "by the way we already charged it" business is cheeky. The ambiance was passable but the choice of modern Opera seemed odd and felt intrusive on the high notes; eventually, normal chill lounge ensued which was better. The food and drinks were decent, though over-priced like everything else in Aspen. The faux grass turf outside (where I was seated as a party of one at a table for five) was covered in leaves, which I'm not sure is good or bad. Specifically the hummus dip was a sorry excuse for a dish, an appetizer conjuring a poor person trying to look fancy: twelve radishes (all barely bulges ok a not-so-ripe stem, soaked in watery ice) hardly counts as a hummus dish. The sliders were ok, though small (even for sliders) to the point that they fell apart even with a skewer attempt to hold them together; further, they tasted good, but with nothing interesting or special about them. All in all, drink and dine here when you're with friends who engage you to such brimming extent that you'll never notice how ignored you are or how lack-luster the whole experience really is. Then...you'll love it here!

Expensive but excellent food including kids’ menu that is varied and exceptional. Cauliflower bisque was complex but light, excellent sea bass. Warm and attentive service despite a bunch of admittedly annoying kids at our table.
