The restaurant did not have the wine or beer we ordered from their menu A 20% service charge was added to the bill because we had a large party of 6 people but they did not tell us in advance or when they presented the bill A 20% gratuity is less than what I typically pay for great service but I don't want to unknowingly add 20% to a an unwarranted service fee The food was average and the restaurant was disappointing I think this was the worst experience I have had ever

I was looking forward to some venison, but the menu had changed. The waiter made an excellent suggestion for a suchi type beef tartare , that was most unusual and excellent overall. For the dessert, again the waiter made a suggestion and i had the poached pear which was exceptional. The service was perfect, the room beautifully decorated and very little noise or disruptions. I was having dinner by myself and enjoyed the interactions i had with the staff and insightful discussions about food and wine with the Maitre D. I would highly recommend this place when in the mood for a fancy dinner.

Absolutely amazing service and food from Chef Bugra and his staff, especially our waiter Sujoy. They took excellent care of us every time we visited. Can’t recommend highly enough!

I like the prime ribeye. I like the shaved vegetable salad. Service is very good. Food is 4.5 out of 5 star for me. I like the dark chocolate lava cake but is a little too sweet for me. I like the organic olives oil and wheat

We booked a reservation well in advance requesting a table where we could eat and watch the Super Bowl game. We were sat at the very back behind a table with everyone wearing large hats. Couldn't see or hear the game. Food was super bad. They billed it as a Super Bowl party, but only had one TV that was too low so couldn't really watch the game

Amazing meal with fantastic service from Albert. Easily the best served meal in all of Aspen! Enjoyed learning about the extensive wine menu from Albert and all of his food and wine recommendations were much appreciated. He really helped make our meal memorable by his exceptional care and service. We'll be back and we'll be asking for Albert!

There are so many amazing restaurants in Aspen with delicious food. And this is definitely one of them. What set this place apart was the kind, helpful, and welcoming attitude of the hostess and waitstaff. Albert, our waiter, expertly guided us through the wine offerings and menu. He was knowledgeable, professional and delightful! He made our evening very special! When we come back we'll be asking for him!

I don't normally leave reviews but this place deserves zero stars...I don't even know where to begin. Menus were taken away before we ordered, plates were taken away before we finished, food we ordered didn't come, there was hair in my main course...I could continue but this was abysmal. The place was empty for a reason. Run. Run fast...and keep running!

Made a dinner reservation for this place through open table. Unfortunately we couldn’t make the reservation since we were driving in late from Colorado Springs. I called the restaurant once in the early afternoon and another time around 4pm, and also sent them a msg on open table around early afternoon to say that we couldn’t make it. Left a message the second time I called. Around 5pm I get a call from a lady at the restaurant who started going off on us that we should have called earlier to tell them we couldn’t come and that she already turned people away because of us. I tried to explain to her that I called multiple times and also sent a message, but she would not hear it.Also it’s only 5pm and our reservation is at 6, so if there are really people waiting .. plenty of time to give away our table? ?

For being a brunch at St Regis, we expected a lot more! Also it was Christmas Day brunch so should've been even more than what we expected just for being at St. Regis. Very underwhelming breakfast buffet for the money it cost! Should've had so many more items such as seafood and more egg dishes. Disappointing :(

The breakfast was amazing!! I’ve been to thousands of hotel’s breakfast before but nothing comes even close to it. It had everything you could want in a buffet, and everything was high quality! The hot chocolate was the best i’ve had. Definitely worth the price! I’ll be dreaming of this breakfast from now on.
