No food walked in the restaurant that was empty and got looked at and never greeted or seated after 20 minutes of waiting and no acknowledgment I left and what make it so bad is the workers seen us standing waited to be seated was trying to spend money in the place 2 ppl waiting over 20 minutes in an empty restaurant and not get seated or acknowledged sad but they want 20 an hour service wasn’t even good enough to give a star

I ordered some wings to go. They tasted good, but this place has the same problem every wing place has. They don't cover every wing in sauce and missed some wings completely. Furthermore, I called to place a future order and the lady said to call back later. In the past, they've let me place the future orders at whatever time I'd like. On top of it, I asked to speak with a manager and was put on eternal hold. Not a good experience.
It was Thursday around lunch and it was empty. The waitress was awesome despite the lack of customers. I had the new .50 cent wing deal they were delicious.

Ordered curbside pickup. I notified in that I had arrived. Waited..Noone came outside. I decided to go in to ask why this was taking long. The hostess says something was broke. Customer to go orders have to go in to get their order. My order was cold by then. Disappointed. They could have put something on the ordering to let customers know of the inconvenience.
Just came in today for a guilty pleasure lol and had some trouble with my dish. The manager, Brent and bartendress, Amanda were *amazing* ?. ... Had my dish remade perfect and they are just sooo nice!!! Great place to go for sure ?

The manager Morris was a horrible person. He treated us like crap we spent over a hundred dollars. He had the establishment at sixty degrees after we told him it was freezing. It was forty degrees outside. We were treated poorly once we told him about this. We call to complain after we were able to leave and take our hot food from this cold facility to our house. And eat it cold or have to rewarm it. I should say after a $107. Once we talk to him he hung up on us. Nothing but disgusted with the way we were treated and we will never go back. Obviously this establishment considers this o k because they allow people to be treated this way.. Nothing but a thumbs down for Morris. A very tall heavy set gentleman who treated us poorly. Because we wanted a comfortable place To eat and didn't feel that's what we were getting for the price we Paid. We were not even there an hour. Definitely not worth the money. Find some place better to go , poor customer service. If this is how management treats you you're in for a horrible ride. Byer beware

My brother and sat for fifteen minutes waiting to be seated. The host brought out someone’s food and didn’t even acknowledge us. So we continued to sit and wait. I tried to approach a waitress and let her know we’ve been waiting and she cut me off and told me I’d have to wait. She wouldn’t even let me speak. I called to place my complaint and was hung up on. Awful experience from rude staff who lack compassion and only are worried about themselves.
