3/30/24-So this is what a hotel restaurant should be, and I haven'thad a good hotel restaurant experience in a long time. My experience started off on a bad foot. When I got there one waitress took my order and then 20 minutes later another waitress came over to me asking if she could take my order. I told her that the other waitress had taken my order and she said she would go and check on it. She quickly came back and told me she didn't see my order in the system. She asked if I wanted her to put it in. I told her that I didn't have time to wait again since I had con panels to get to. She said that there was a quick dish she could put in for me that would only take a few minutes and she wouldn't charge me. I said OK. Then the other waitress showed back up and apologized saying she had gotten busy and forgot to put my order in. She also said she would bring me an orange juice as well. The staff showed that they were will to own their mistakes and try to make it right. Normally staff wouldn't do that, it was a show of good customer service. As to the food what I got in was average in taste, but was very beautifully presented.

Just got home from a wonderful weekend getaway, which included enjoying several wonderful meals at Borealis! Located inside the Hyatt, the atmosphere was casual yet a bit upscale. Everything was very clean, and the wait staff was pleasant and helpful. Over two days, I enjoyed Asian tacos, a beet salad, roasted Brussels, avacado toast, salmon fritata, and grilled salmon. Aside from my salmon being slightly overcooked and dry, everything was perfection.

We went for Denver restaurant week and in my opinion, their menu wasn't worth 55 a person. I started out with a salad that was actually okay, but really had no dressing on it. The fruit was fresh which was very nice. We also ordered drinks that were a little expensive, 15 a drink, and those were pretty okay. I also had the short ribs which were all fat, barely any meat, and a weird coffee sauce that ruined the taste of a braised short rib. The dessert was not very good either, it tasted and felt like it was in the fridge for at least overnight. Overall, I probably won't be back.

Locked doors into estasblishment so have go the long way. Letting a child just jump up and down on furniture. Drove from the West side of town to try the food for restaurant week and.... Not taking card payments. What an absolute waste of

They had reservation time slots but the place was nearly empty except for the family when the kid jumping up and down on a piece of furniture. Doors leading directly into the restaurant were locked, as if they didn't want people coming in. Then after walking through the hotel to get in, was informed that they weren't accepting card payments and I had to either have a room at the hotel or use the ATM. Was so glad I drove 30 minutes for this experience.

We were there during restaurant week. For a Saturday night they were understaffed. They had one waitress, a manager and maybe a hostess serving meals for 60 people. The food was likely cooked in advance and held in a steam table, definitely not cooked to order. The brown gravy was utilized for the short ribs and the lamb and was overpowering in both instances. The gravy tasted like it was made from a powdered mix. The food was overpriced at $55 per person. The wine pairing offered was only 2 oz of wine per course. The service was poor. The waitress did try to make it up to us by reducing our bill by one meal. It was a disappointment because we went there based on the published menu which sounded promising. We will not be going there to eat again.

We were forgotten after placing our order. Server never came back to check on us. We waited a long while after we finished our meals. I had to get up and walk up to the bar, where the manager, server and I guess the bartender was standing around chatting, meanwhile we were not acknowledged. There were other customers sitting around the bar that needed assistance while drinking and dining and they were having to hunt down an employee to assist. Restaurant staff needs to wake up and start taking care of their customers. It's not kind to ignore you're customers. There should always be at least 2 staff members in the dining room to assist customers that walk up. There is No excuse for this. Changing the menu often with different soups, appetizers and Entrees would be nice. Also adult drinks menu. Seems like it's the same all the time. Lobster bisque soup, lobster and crab appetizers and Entree containing Fish and or some seafood. It's gets very boring when the menu doesn't change.

The food was absolutely delicious, but the portions are small, so minus 1 star. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The ambiance is a hotel resto, so set your expectations accordingly. Will be back for sure.

The food wants to be pretentious but tastes like it came from a plastic bag and reheated in the microwave.

Excellent food and service. Was one of the best breakfasts I have had. Potatoes were hot and crisp. The bacon was baked perfectly, and Denver Omelet was hot and fresh with great ingredients. ?

I decided to have breakfast here and I sat at the bar to be quick, the bartender Angela came up to me and said "what do you want" and I'm sitting down double checking that it's a restaurant and look at her confused "food" and she says "well how old are you" and I respond "29". The rest of the meal was unpleasent she was very passive, I am unsure why she was in such a bad mood. For a $28 meal, I mean really any price, I think the bare minimum is respectful hospitality. And that is not what you get here.

Food and service was fantastic, although the flatbread was a little overdone.

The food was good, but selection is rather limited, particularly under $20 options.
