In continuance of the tough grammar, the former name of this place?Uncle Zoe. (No 's)The new name has been verified as Dating Yummy. Hilarious and memorable.4.4☆ on Google...I was seeking Uncle Zoe(!)...for dim sum, specifically the pork dumplings and gyoza. So far it's me and 4 other tables of Asian folks. Which is usually a great sign!Once again, I am the Honorary Asian.Review and pics to follow....

Special pork buns really good, especially if they steamed!

My new favorite restaurant! Every time we eat here it just gets better and the service is so amazing. We love the server so much every time we see her it makes our days better :)

Holy god. My partner and I moved here 2 days ago and were looking for dinner places since our movers haven't arrived and today is Memorial Day so many places are closed. Decided Chinese/dumplings were the move and took a chance based on reviews and pictures. We ordered garlic green beans, soup dumplings, fried pork dumplings, and orange beef which came with rice. We spent the entire ride home rubbing our full bellies and raving about how good our meal was and what an incredible find this place is. First of all, the soup dumplings rivaled that of Din Tai Fung and my boyfriend even thought they were better than DTF in terms of flavor and ratio. I've seen a few people on Yelp say they wish there was more soup, but frankly I think the ratio was perfect. The wrappers had good chew, the pork was savory and delicious, and the soup inside brought it all together. The green beans were also delicious and habit-forming. I kept trying to hold off so I could enjoy the rest of the options but just kept going back to them. The fried pork dumplings were flavorful and packed with meat, my only complaint might be that they were a *tad* salty but certainly not enough to deter us then or to stop us from bringing them home. The real star of the meal though was the orange beef. I have never, and I mean NEVER, had a sauce-covered dish with meat so crispy. It was decent quality beef with such a great crunch and the SAUCE, oh my god the sauce, we literally took our dumpling spoons and poured the excess sauce on our rice (which we know is blasphemy but was SO worth it). We both agreed that this was one of the best Chinese meals either of us have ever had, and we will DEFINITELY be back.

We have now been to Uncle Zoe's 2 times. The 1st time was absolutely awful. I won't go in to too much detail but things such as lying to us and telling us that they didn't have any dumplings and then 20 minutes later another table sits down and orders them. Clearly they had dumplings. The same server wouldn't bring us silverware or napkins. Literally another patron there saw us looking around trying to figure out where to get silverware and she went and got it for us. It was just a horrible experience and I questioned ever going back. Then kept hearing about their dumplings and how fantastic they are, so we decided to give them another chance. This time we got a different server. She was super nice and ready to help when we needed anything. We ordered soup dumplings (what I had been waiting for), pork dumplings, orange chicken and chicken lo mein. The soup dumplings are really good. Great flavor. I just wish they had a little more soup in them. The pork dumplings were delicious. The orange chicken was killer and the lo mein had great flavor and a ton of delicious veggies in it. We were finishing our last bites before boxing up our leftovers when my husband bite into something really crunchy. It turned out to be a plastic bag that was cooked with the chicken. It didn't look like it had been cooked long but it was probably the bag that the chicken came packaged in. It happens and we were too upset. We pointed it out to the server and she apologized and said she would show the kitchen. Other then that this was a great experience and I feel like they have made up for the 1st time. I just hope I don't ever get the 1st server again.

This restaurant is no longer Uncle Zoe’s. It is Dating Yumy. The beef and celery dumplings were excellent. Standard American Chinese dishes were standard. The eggplant was good. Service was also great! Only 4 stars because old restaurant menu and signage was still in place and caused confusion for expected meal. I wished the dumpling and bun menu was bigger.

Very disappointed in Uncle Zoes. Went in to place a few orders and 3 out of 4 items aren't available anymore. The 2 items that I ended up purchasing were fair in taste and quality. Been going here for a few years and never had a problem. Not going back.

Found uncle Zoe's off of Yelp. Was craving Chinese that could be delivered saw the reviews decided to give this a try. The dumplings and the buns were amazing definitely would love to return for that! However I ordered sesame chicken which is my favorite entrée and because of the reviews online saying it was crispy (It is hard to find actual crispy sesame chicken) so I gave it a try. And I was extremely disappointed unfortunately. There was a lot of batter on the chicken it was very soggy it had good flavor but did not taste good breaking down in your mouth texture wise, I had to throw it away. My husband ordered beef lo mein and egg drop soup and apparently his entrée was absolutely terrible as well but the egg drop soup was pretty good. I loved the dumplings and buns but they really need to work on their entrées it's very disappointing!

The restaurant has new owners. It is a completely different restaurant that is using the same name Uncle Zoe. The menu has changed and all of the unique dishes are gone. It appears someone just bought the name Uncle Zoe's . Very sad.

The place was empty when I came in @ 2:00, the interior was nicely decorated, but the waiter was not friendly at all. I ordered a hot and sour soup, which was pretty good, and soup dumplings which I drove over from Lodo to get, and my mouth was set for some ( what I hoped would be some good eatin. I asked if they had a take-out menu and was told that they did not (suprising). I was the only one in the U Z C K, and it took quite a long time for the waiter to bring me out a plate of pork and veg dumplings instead of the soup dumplings that I ordered, so he had to put in an order for soup dumplings which took another long to get out of the kitchen, (about 40 minutes)... The soup dumplings were, compared to other soup dumplings that I have eatin in many other places, were just ok, (and a little on the expensive side), they were somewhat small in comparison, with the dough on the thick side, There was very little soup in them and I could not tell if the filling was chicken or pork (white in color). On my way out, I told unfriendly waiter to smile more, he didn't get it. I won't be back

So I stopped a couple weeks ago for take out because the food was delicious when I went months ago. Pork with garlic sauce is my go to. Luscious garlic sauce, tender pork, crunchy water chestnuts is typical. Was awesome the last time. Not anymore. I was told they have new owners. Pork was tough and it only had green onions and a very bland sauce. Really bummed. Wont be back. Not sure why you would change a recipe that was so good before. I really wish they had changed the name of the restaurant so you would know the recipes may be different.

The food itself is delicious but the service was eh. He did say they were under new ownership. The breaded chicken was all out so I couldn't get what I originally wanted but the crab cheese wontons and vegetable fried rice I got were delicious. My husband loved the steamed buns he got. I have a severe allergy to pineapple and eating my food I'm having an allergic reaction even tho nothing we ordered had anything with pineapple in it. I believe I had told the person helping us about my allergy but I don't remember 100% tho if I had or if it was me talking to my husband about it. They should keep much more in mind cross contamination is very serious either way.

The food was pretty good when they first opened but we got it in April of 2021 and the food was not good at all. The noodles were just a mushy mess and all of the food had no flavor. We got it earlier this year and it was so much better. It was about as good a $1 per scoop places but much more expensive. I hope they return to the old quality.

Tried this place for the first time today. I was looking for soup dumplings in or around Aurora. This place had very delicious soup dumplings, wontons in chili sauce (wasn't spicy!), garlic string beans and sesame chicken. My husband and I shared everything, had lots of left overs and cost about $50 after tip. We'll definitely be back!
