My wife is Chinese and we go to China every year. This food is the closest to authentic Chinese food I have ever tasted in the Denver area!

This breaks my heart, but the quality of the Guilin noodles went down :( I visited with my family recently and we all agreed there wasn't that depth from the sauce that there should be, while they did increase the toppings!! We tried some of their side dishes this time, and they were mediocre. Also their snail noodles don't come with actual snail which was disappointing. I am still rating this place 5 stars because the service was impeccable & I want to support this small family business :)

Very excited for a dedicated noodles house that is not ramen or pho. Oh yes, Yolks (aka Yelp Folks), Chinese Noodles is in and of itself a cuisine. The wonton noodle soup you sometimes get at Chinese restaurants may not be as good because it isn't an entire establishment dedicated just for noodles. This place feels more like it. From the kinds of different noodles to the pairings of soup base and meats, I was happy to see a menu of offerings that reminded me of home. And the fact that the noodles are served in large (but not oversize) bowls that are different from one another make me want to hug my meals! For some reason things don't taste as good as they look or in my head. Not sure if it's because the meats are from frozen (whereas in China, people always cook with fresh meat) or they forgot the extra MSG (just kidding) Not tasty enough for me to give more than 3 stars. Service is humble and fast. You'll definitely get your noodles fix taken care of!

Yum. Chinese Noodles. Aurora, not Chinatown No need to travel far We had noodles on the brain--no need for frills. Mission accomplished. Rice noodle soup with beef brisket was my choice. Tender chunks of beef floated among onions and peanuts in a fairly basic, but tasty broth. Lurking just below, a mass of noodles was waiting. I dug in and didn't stop much until it was all gone. Fried rice noodle was more complex, but still straightforward. The pork's distinctly boar-ish flavor runs the show and was slightly overpowering, but nothing a little sauce couldn't handle. I'd have this again. Portions of both dishes were generous. While Craig's dad in "Friday" proudly proclaimed, "I LIKE PIG'S FEET," they're not my thing, but you can get them here. The owner (?) was friendly & attentive--great service! I appreciate a meal for two that comes in under $25. That may be hole-in-the-wall pricing for the Front Range, but this place was clean as a whistle. While Chinese Noodles isn't far from East Denver, it's a long, long way from Panda Express. Hit it up!

Noodles are delicious! Wow, I loved the pork belly even more! We ordered two Guilin rice noodle bowls served with brisket and pork belly. The rice noodles are thick and chewy with each bite coated with a flavorful sauce made of snail and beef broth. Sounds terrible but let me tell you it's delicious. Give it a try! The slices of brisket were good but I enjoyed the thin slices of crispy pork belly more! The noodle dish is served with pickled green beans, toasted peanuts and scallions. I also added some chili oil! The noodle bowl is also served with a side of mild flavorful broth. The clear broth is provided as a palate cleanser while you eat. The Guilin noodle bowl was very filling so I took home half of mine for a later snack/meal. The two bowls were about $25 plus tip and many of the bowls were under $13 each. This noodle house is a great new addition to Aurora. Plus you can grab your POM groceries after your meal. It is right next to T Baar and the Asian market for the win!

Portion size and quality are super inconsistent. This place is a rip-off. Why would anyone go to this place when Aki hotpot is right next door.

This is a cute little noodle shop. I had the noodles with the pig feet. The broth was rich and delicious! The service was great!

Right off the bat when I walked in here there was a strong smell of incense. I think they should get rid of it, it affects the smell of food. But the noodle was delicious!!

This place reminds me of the noodle shops in Cali. There aren't a lot of options so you aren't overwhelm with choices if it's your first time trying it out. It's a simple menu and the restaurant is clean. It's affordable and you get an entire bowl of noodle soup that will make you very full. I ordered the Beef Brisket. It was good but nothing too special. It's nice if you don't know how to make it. I'm glad there are other Chinese options popping up in Colorado besides Panda Express and dim sum.

Similar to some of the reviews here, it's not easy to find a Chinese noodle place that radiates authenticity. Luckily, we decided to stop by here! I ordered their #1 special but I asked for it as mild, because I'm an absolute spicy wimp. Upon my first bite, I can taste each individual flavor of the dish. It's very flavorful, and the texture of the noodles is perfect. In fact, even this type of quality can be hard to find in California back when I lived there. This dish must be very popular because my friend kept stealing bites from my dish haha. But I was very happy to find this place, and I'd love to return every time I feel homesick for some really good Chinese noodles.

I wasn't expectping too much when initially went in. The few times I passed by, I didnt really see anyone in there so I went in with zero expectation. However, surprisingly the food was flavorful and delicious. The menu is simple and great for those that have difficulty choosing from large menus. The golin rice noodle had a decent amount of meat and the fresh toasted peanuts added flavor as well as texture that mixed well with the crispy pork and noodle. The luosi noodle was spicy with flavor. Lots of veggies. I definitely want to go back and try the other noodle dishes.

It is amazing to find authentic Guangxi rice noodles in Colorado. It is authentic even to a Chinese tongue. I bet this is the only place you can find the Luosi Rice Noodle, Pig Feet (yes, the soy sauce stewed pig feet) rice noodle, Fried Rice Noodle and of course, my favorite, Gulin Rice Noodle with braised beef and crispy pork belly. What can I say besides it is really really tasty. Certainly has become one of my favorites.
