I’ve been coming to this chipotle for close to a decade! And I’m absolutely appalled at the lack of customer service I received during my last visit! I visited this chipotle at 18:48 on a Thursday and surprisingly it was empty so when the younger staffed rolled their eyes during my order and didn’t acknowledge my request for light sauce and light sour cream I felt unwelcomed. I chose to continue my order and politely asked the manager if he could give me a side of the chipotle Tabasco sauce he said “it’s over their” and when i politely responded “theirs none available “ the manager responded “well I guess we are out.” In a very rude and condescending tone. I really enjoyed coming to this chipotle because of how close it was to my home. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Asked for a kids meal with some changes as my baby doesnt eat tortilla and the guy up front with curly hair was making a huge thing out of it also the lady scooping my husbands food, he asked for extra steak and barely gave him half a spoon... like were asking for extra food knowing were going to pay extra.. give us what we ask for if were going to pay for it.

Nothing overly exciting about this specific Chipotle as it follows the same format of any of its outlets. That said service was quick and efficient and the seating was ample. The shop does a solid lunch business but most orders were carryout which left seating

Usually, this place is so busy that the line is practically going out the door. Today was a different story. No one was in line, and I was literally out the door in less than 2 minutes. I like this Chipotle over other locations because they're not skimpy on the portions. Staff was friendly and worked quickly. I wasn't even prepared by the time I got to the cash register they moved to fast.

I enjoy working here. Great atmosphere with coworkers. We try to make it fun and laugh while we work Creating a positive environment for workers and our guests. My boss makes us feel good while working and she is very kind when working with us. She is patient with us and very efficient in her work. I appreciate it!

Ordered my daughter a kids chicken taco meal. She got rice as her side. When we got to the taco toppings I was told that I would be charged extra for the lettuce and extra for the cheese for her taco as it was only the protein and the sides that came with the kids meal. This is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. The gentleman helping me was extremely rude about it and seemed like he was on a power trip over lettuce and cheese. Been coming here to this location for over 8 years and never had an issue. Not sure I'll be back.
