Every time I come here the staff is nice, accommodating, and gets through the line quickly. Came back to edit this review to add the other night one of the staff named Daniel's online order machine was broken, and calmly and quickly organized a way to keep both lines moving while being respectful to his team.

I went to chipotle today for my mobile order and then when I went inside I asked the employee there for my order and then they said they don’t know so I asked to speak to a manager witch was then told that they don’t have one so I was told to call 1800- Chipotle so then I started to chat with peperchat I waited 40 minutes to a hour for my food then and a manager came out and fixed my order and got it fixed but the way that employe acted was very unprofessional

This chipotle literally never has my pickup order ready, what is the point of ordering ahead regardless the amount of time if it’s never ready??? I’ve given this location too many chances and it never change's. TLDR if you want to eat your food on your break don’t order from here cause you ain’t getting it.

While in a long line. A customer ahead of me was greeted by a employee who was also a friend. She explained to the friend while in line that she would get the bowl for free. Now when I went to pay for my bowl I asked if I could get mine for free since I thought that's how it worked demonstrated by the employee before. Anyways I didn't get my bowl for free. And was informed that if you know someone that is working you can get one... BRING BACK THE CARDS!
