The food is good, nothing out of the ordinary but good enough to choose it over other fast foods. The biggest issue here is the panhandling outside this facility, which makes it uncomfortable to come in. Please let’s do something about this

First time eating at this restaurant, friends of mine introduced me today, and I found it really good and inviting. The decor was rustic which fits the character of Chipotle ??‼️‼️. Also I didn't think that I could eat everything in my bowl ? but I did ‼️‼️. Good Until The Last Bite ‼️‼️??Parking: Can we say strip mall parking, that's basically what you get when you go here, lots of shopping ?️?, store front's, however there is Walmart right next door, you can't miss it, if you can't find parking ?️ at Chipotle. Why not park there I don't think Walmart would have a problem with it ??Wheelchair accessibility: I didn't see the handicap parking spots from where I entered Chipotle and the lot was a bit full.

This is the SECOND time I place an order at this location and my bowl is only half full. I’m very disappointed with the food quality and the serving size. I will no longer be purchasing from this location.

On Wednesday, March 6, I went to pick up an online order, a bowl of 2 burritos, when I opened the bag at my house I was surprised that the burritos looked like Taco Bell... and I paid the price of 47 doll. That's why it's a robbery, super small they didn't have the correct portions and one of the bags of chips only had 15 chips. That Chipotle location in Tower is getting worse and worse, they never put your correct portion and you tell them and they get angry. Restaurateurs in charge must pay more attention since apart from that it is becoming more and more filthy on top of the ceiling and there is lint that falls to the food line..
Everything was great but the rice was crunchy which is the most part of the bowl so it messed up my entire dinner even tried to cook it more with all the toppings and was still
