We don't have Cinnabon Stores where we live, so we stopped here on our way to the airport. We paid $20.59 + tax for a 15 pack of Minibuns. We were shocked when we finally got home and saw how very SHORT they were, plus EVEN AFTER adding the ONE TINY cup of icing across all 15 Minibuns, there was very little icing on them. We come to this area at least every 3-4 months, but since this store seems to value profits more than their customers (if they're ok with putting Minibuns in a package that are only ONE INCH HIGH and have very little frosting), then we won't be coming back here. Please review our photos for proof. (BTW, the pictured Minibun has icing on the bottom because we'd stacked THREE of them up in the bowl since they're only ONE INCH HIGH, so the frosting is from the one underneath.)

I work for doordash and I had a order at this location. There is no sign that says where doordash needs to be picked up so I get in line. And when I got to the front of the line I got told that I had to pick up the order on the other side of the counter that was 2 feet away from the young tall boy who had short curly hair I spoke to at the front of the line. He was just standing there. He wasn't waiting on anything. He was just standing when I got there. But instead of moving the few feet to grab my order. He told us we had to go down to the other end of the counter And wait. So I go down and wait another 3 minutes for someone else to notice me. The boy didn't even ask one of his coworkers to help us. Bad staff at this location.

Location has had over a year to adjust their hours to say they open at 12 noon instead of 11am, but I was just turned away because "they open in 5 mins" at 11:55. Won't be coming back

Quick service. The icing is super tasty. The bun is very very very sweet. They have different sizes of rolls to choose from. I pick the smaller size but still can barely finish the whole thing ?Really like the icing but probably won’t be back in a long time.

I work for doordash and I had a order at this location. There is no sign that says where doordash needs to be picked up so I get in line.
