This is an amazing Cafe. The service and food was exceptional. Our server was Richard and he was amazing. Attentive, making sure our needs were met. Definitely recommend eating here.
The food was ok, but for the price no sorry. This restaurant is "costly " & your dishes will be smaller than you expect. As well the food was just simply ok, not absolutely great & my fish was just small & colder then I expected. I also ordered some peach cobbler a lil more expensive again for the lil piece I got but then it was definitely old so it just didn't hit the way soul food is supposed to. I'm not sure as to why this place has a rating that isn't the best but I had a great experience. The food was really good ?? and the prices are great for the portion of food I received. I would recommend this place and I'm definitely going to come here whenever I have a taste for good old-fashioned soul food.
