“Stopped in here randomly on a Monday late night. Wasn't expecting much, just wanted to have a couple drinks before heading home. But I ended up actually having a pretty good time even though there was only one other patron at the bar. This was due to the great bartender Becca, very friendly and attentive. I ended up having such a good time that, well let's just say I wasn't exactly seeing straight at the end of the night and I goofed up on the tip I left. My generous tip became an extremely generous tip. I called Oasis once I saw the hefty charge hit my account, Becca and team responded promptly and helped me correct my error, refunded me the difference between what I meant to pay and what I unintentionally wrote down. It's nice to know there's still some honest folks and businesses out there.“
“Had a really good time at Pete’s, not only is the food amazing but they’ve played a big part in Denver history. Our bartender Jessie was amazing, the drinks were great and affordable! I definitely recommend coming to Pete’s Satire, chilling, and getting a couple drinks and playing some games. Great environment and music!“
“Great place - often book punk bands and support Punk Rock Saves Lives. I think they often have jam band hippie music. Not my style - but hey there's a massive crowd for it in Denver, so more power to them. This is everything you would want in a bar in the part of Colfax that's still Colfax. Bartender is super cool, and plenty of spots if you want your own space. My only negative is that I wish I could go there more!I did this review 2 years ago is now “new”. “Great little bar! Walked to this place since it was the closest, and coincidentally it’s a gay bar! (Perfect for us) Bartender Matt was very attentive and welcomed us in with the rest of the locals. The most comfortable dive bar I’ve ever been too, will certainly be back.“
“The atmosphere is killer. Spacious. Could use more TVs playing different horror movies. The food menu is artisan for a fair price. The poutine was good. I'm not vegan but thier options are really good. The drinks (insert Ric Flair woo) are sweet and sneak up on you. I'm a gin drinker. The levitated corpse was amazing. Definitely coming back.“

“Reasonably priced drinks and food. Great variety on the menu. The servers are great, the bands usually keep the music under 100 decibels so you can still visit. Dance floor is a little bigger than most bars! Big free parking lot. I rarely go downtown because it can be $20 just for parking.“
