Pull in to the drive up Lane just to get a smothered asada burrito 25 minute wait int the drive up granted this was my first time at "el" Chubby's I've always went to the original Chubby's needless to say the wait was ridiculous the food was mediocre the asada was bland and the hot green chili was not spicy at all don't think I'll be going back

Went here to buy my support dog some water in the summer heat a year ago and they told me they wouldn’t sell me water even though I had cash in my hand and was asking to buy a bottled water! Very rude, I could only assume they thought I was homeless, and that just makes it that much worse.If you have a chance I would say go to the other chubby’s restaurants which aren’t affiliated with this one.

Asked for potatoes in my breakfast burrito this morning and they were still frozen and the tortilla it was in, smelled like they set it down on a counter that they just wiped down with a mildew rag.... definitely nothing like any other chubbies in colorado. If u have a taste for chubbies don't go here. Go to Thornton or westminster. I've never had this problem either if those places.

Update : now they charge 5% fee to every bill!Took forever in the drive-through line , overpriced and cheese enchiladas was just cheese … super thin tortillas and they packaged it so messy all the sauce came out out of them to go box… never heard of a bean and cheese taco on a crispy shell…Only positive is the staff at the drive-through window was very pleasant .

Ordered via ubereats and they sent me the wrong order twice
First and second visit ever, 2 days in a row. Time and effort taken with food prep. Unusually good for counter order restaurant. Have senior discount.Wheelchair accessibility: Not enough HC spaces. The one always occupied. Had to move car to allow entry to car. Not enough parking over all.

Charges a convenience fee, why not just update menu prices instead of pulling a bait and switch? I’d pay more for my food if I knew ahead of time and the increase wasn’t slyly slipped in at the end.

Me and my family have been dining at this restaurant for over 25 years! The food is amazing but the wait inside and outside in the drive through is getting to be too much! I know it's quality food, and good food but I can do without the long wait (50 minutes on a Saturday 1:55 - 2:38 pm). I guess if we were dining in, we would have to wait for our food to be prepared so it evens out I guess. I'm sure we'll be back in the drive thru once again! ?. They do seem to have a high turnover rate lately. New employees every time we go there. Hopefully they can get more good help like back in the day.
