It's hard to find a Mexican food truck for a pescetarian like me so this was probably one of my few options on the Colfax/Chambers block of food trucks that I can eat. Not only did this food truck check my food preferences list, their food blew me away. Their tacos are mouthwatering and delicious (kiss the chef). I can't wait to come back again.
Fresh ingredients and a ton of flavor help make the food amazing. The staff is excellent, and the atmosphere they foster makes you want to return again and again. If you have a chance, drop by and taste the award-winning shrimp tacos ? at El Zarandio located at 15200 E COLFAX AVE.

Last night I attended my bfs company party and El Zarandiao catered the event and it was the talk of the night. We both LOVED the mahi mahi tacos, asada tacos and flan.
