The food here is amazing! I only gave it 4 starts because the service was very slow the night we were there as they were short-staffed. I heard from others the next days was quick, so it was probably just that night.

With only 3 customers and 2 bartenders I sat at a table in front of the bar and no one acknowledged my presence for 15 minutes, i got up and walked

Nice Hotel and bar. I ordered the Carne Asada Tacos. They looked good and everything looked fresh. The only downside to the meal was there was zero flavor. The avocado shouldn’t be the strongest flavor in a taco. For a place that is called Fire + Spice this meal had neither one. Even the salsa was mild. They had good reviews and expensive prices so I guess my expectations was high. Sadly disappointed.

The food is great, and the waiters are very kind.

Delicious steak and truffle fries. Side ceaser was huge but delicious. Never been a fan of hotel restaurant food but I'll definitely go again

I stopped in while overnighting at the hotel. (That's a whole other story). It was a very quiet night and the signage not so great. When I walked in, the staff were around a corner and didn't see me or I them. Thus I wandered around a bit until I found someone to make an order. Regardless, the food and staff were great. I ordered a veggie burger and side salad. It's easy to mess up a veggie burger, but they got it just right. The staff were friendly and attentive. I'd eat here again.

I can't really comment on the food or drinks because we actually didn't stay. We just weren't feeling the love I guess and the restaurant was completely empty except for us, so a group decision was made to eat elsewhere. The only real thing I can comment on, is that the chairs are in need of replacement. The material is cracking and they have duct taped them up. Other than that, it's a nice, big, open space that I would have thought would've had more people. We were there for lunch, so maybe it's more of a dinner place?

Don't even go here if you are staying. Go anywhere else. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich....totally burnt and cold. Waited another 20 minutes for another...not much better but it wasn't burnt. $18. Oh. $24 for a double vodka soda.

Egg White Omelet floating in grease, way too excessive. Service was great, ambiance was nice, food prep was just awful.

This restaurant is located in a very nice Marriott hotel with large open spaces and nice decor. There are two areas within the restaurant to dine / one at the rear of the restaurant (no windows there) or one in front of a large bank of windows. We chose the latter. Our server (female) was very pleasant. Our grandson had a Caesar salad and fish tacos ? both of which he enjoyed. My husband and I shared an arugula salad which I’m sorry to say was actually awful. The dressing was extremely acidic / so much so that it actually wilted the arugula. Very disappointing. I had salmon with a lemon risotto. The salmon was FABULOUS / cooked and seasoned to perfection! It was served with a small side container of a sauce that was a bit sweet and overall lacked flavor commensurate with the delicious salmon. The lemon risotto unfortunately missed the mark. The meal was served with three very small balsamic carrots which were very good. My husband had a steak with fried potatoes and asparagus all of which he enjoyed. For dessert we shared a Creme brûlée which was good.
