I will never step foot into this establishment again. I thought about waking up today and calling a supervisor to see how we can make it right but absolutely not. So last night we went about 830 pm. I never use “they were about to close “ as an excuse , because your last customer could be the most important. Anywho , we spent 80 ono two basic boils and fried rice. We asked her to substitute the sausage for eggs because we don’t eat meat. When we got home our boils were bland and watery. We put our own seasoning on our boils and it wasn't even spicey as we ordered it. Our boils consist of seafood and thats it , no sides only lemon (no potato or corn like advertised and ordered ) immediately after eating this meal we both have been on the toilet from last night to this morning . No thank you ever again.

I called in take out at 6:15 which was supposed to be ready at 6:50... I received my food at 7:39... There was minimal communication as to why it took so long. I was offered a basic apology and when I got home the food was cold and cooked wrong (the chicken wasn't even blackened).Overall this place is just not worth the time or money.I would encourage everyone to read the 1 Star reviews here. Based on my experience they are spot on.

We waited an hour to get our appetizer cold. We waited another 40 minutes to get our dinner cold. I was there about a year ago and it was great. Probably going to the other Seafood Boil down the street going forward.

My neighborhood hang out. Friendly, easy place to go in alone. Just ordered the Alfredo pasta to go on Valentine’s Day and it is fantastic. They were slammed busy and guess what they delivered one of my favorite

Under staffed on a busy night. Not the employees fault, but poorly managed. Very slow service, one waitress and she was busy. Took about 20 minutes to just get our drinks. Once we got the food it was good, however not worth the long wait. Probably won't be back as I've walked out before due to slow service and I'm a patient person.

The waiter forgot about our orders of gumbo and sweet potato fries. He did remember the hush puppies, which arrived 25 minutes after we ordered. It took 40 minutes to get our gumbo, and then mine didn't have the seafood in it.We won't be back.

Beyond terrible. Our server apparently forgot to put in our order. Took over 45 minutes to get bowls of gumbo. And it was not anywhere near as good as in the past. The fries never appeared. This place used to be great. Not going back.
This restaurant used to be so amazing. Now the service is slow, food is flavorless, and there's no vibe. Not to mention it smelled like sewage. I'm extremely disappointed.

After 45 minutes of waiting for our food, the server finally informed us that they were out of some of the items we asked for. Changed the order and waited another 20 minutes before I had had enough waiting. Staff was not coordinated. The kitchen was super slow and what from what I could see, one person working in the back. I can't rate the taste because I wasn't going to sit around any longer while I watched one server out of what looked like three in house actually working. I'll be surprised if this place stays open for much longer.

Ordered Seafood cheesy bread for lunch got cheese on toast only no seafood called to advise it was missing was told to bring back for refund. No thank you I'm on a 30 minute lunch. I won't be back. No such thing as customer Service or customer satisfaction any more. This place has went to hell since the new ownership!

Food is decent but they make you jump through hoops to place an order, they don't take orders over the phone, and I have to go through a 2nd hand website to place an order, 3 times it's not gone through and have to sign up with email and a bunch of other dumb questions, is it really that hard to order food nowdays?! What's the point of even having a phone number if I can't even place a stupid pick up order? Food was decent but why so much disdain for customers who don't have time or don't want to dine in.... what a shame.
