Met friends on a Tuesday PM at Parkside Eatery to play pool. Gina’s Kitchen is a vegan and GF friendly eatery & bakery. I ordered 4 vegan desserts: 2 different styles of the Doorbell (Gina’s twist on a ding dong, get it?), 1 hardshell chocolate coated Twinkie-like dessert, and 1 white chocolate raspberry filled dessert.WOW. Gluten free, dairy free, nut free…FULL OF FLAVOR!!Gina was working the night we visited and she came over to chat with us at the pool table, offering samples of her vegan take on a rolo. If you like rolos, you’ll LOVE this vegan version!!Gina was friendly and welcoming; she clearly loves what she does! She even joined in on our dancing once we all took our first bite of the vegan rolo — it was fun to enjoy her food & her company:)Gina’s Kitchen hosts karaoke every other Saturday at the Parkside Eatery (which has a handful of eatery vendors and a bar with a shared seating area). We’re excited to check it out!Parkside Eatery is officially on our list of places to meet up. The food was great, the bar & bartender were great, and the vibe was great. So glad to find a vegan eatery with some meat options for my non-veg friends.(Oh! And if you go at night, make sure to check out the rainbow lit stepping stones outside the door to Gina’s Kitchen!!)

Gina has the BEST customer service. I was visiting Denver and was looking for something healthy and light to eat. Her açaí bowl was my favorite. I even bought a bag of her vanilla coconut crunch to take back home to Wisconsin with me.

The first time I ate at Gina's Kitchen there had been enough snow to practically close down the city, but Gina stayed open and that shows dedication to her business. It was also an exciting discovery given everything in her restaurant is gluten free and everything I have tried so far has been absolutely delicious!! The last two times I have ordered through a delivery carrier and both times I ordered a fudge brownie, to which, both times she did not have available. Gina called me both times to offer substitutions and went above and beyond this last time and gave me a little piece of chocolate. The customer service, food and Gina's personality is worth the highest of ratings. Check this place out!

This restaurant is DIVINE! I don't live in Denver, but Gina's Kitchen is always my first stop out of the airport!!! Amazing options for vegans, vegetarians, or people with celiacs. Not only is this a SAFE PLACE to eat, but the staff is incredible - compassionate, knowledge, and go above and beyond to serve and please. It is one of a kind gem next to Parkside Eatery, it’s so cute and aesthetically beautiful; painting on the wall, crocheted stuffed animals (you can place an order for one!!!), and lovely service! The chocolate there? absolutely deadly and praiseworthy. HEAVEN EXISTS GUYS!!

Love this place! As someone with celiac disease and several food allergies, i felt like i was in gluten-free heaven. So many good food options and sweet treat options that I went twice during my short trip. I met the owner (Gina) and she made me feel right at home.
