Lots of food. Service was getting water I asked for.Atmosphere.... Busy. Clean and stocked.Parking: Lots of parking. Free.Kid-friendliness: There were kids there. High chairs.I think parents should make their kids - under 13 - plate and take it to their table.

My kids love coming here. They’re are always nice and is also clean. The only thing I don’t like is that they asked my kids for their age. They can clearly see my kids are minors. That’s why they come with an adult. They shouldn’t be asking my kids anything. I hope they read this and a change happens.

Terrible Customer Service, if I don’t allow my kids to speak to strangers that needs to be respected there’s no need to ask my 2 year old how old he is or my 6 year old who has anxiety putting them in a situation to be uncomfortable situation.

Not sure how they have 4 stars on here. If you don't believe me. Check their YELP reviews. I didn't get to try the food. We had 3 adults and 3 children under the age of 5.I thought we would get each child free and was told that to get each child free it needed to be purchased separately. We asked for a correction and the lady in the gray hat and apron told my nephew he was ugly. Not sure what her comment had to do with anything. I asked where that information was shown, and they pointed to a sentence on the menu sign. In very small print.I told them OKAY; it would be a good idea to mention this to customers before they purchase. the gray hat person then got ruder and louder and made hand gestures for me to quit talking.There were 13 of us. 6 adults and 7 kids that we paid for. I asked for a refund for myself. 1 person told me they didn't know how. I asked another person to refund me, and they told me they were not talking to me and then proceeded to call the cops on me.I waited patiently for the cops to show up, but unfortunately after 35 minutes. The group decided to leave. We tipped our waiter who served the kids and gave them great service.As I read the reviews (yes, I should have done this before eating there) It's only April of 2024 and the number of complaints on their website says everything. Why as consumers do we pay our hard-earned money for substandard service and goods?I won't and golden corral doesn't have to worry about me or my family eating here or any golden corral again.10/08/24: contacted by Golden Corral telling me they strive for great customer service and asking for additional information. Not sure what else information you need. I've filed a complaint with the ADA. Telling customers with bad eyesight to read a menu, and making a fuss and not correcting the overcharge while the cashier had the opportunity to, you aren't striving for much. In making my complaint, I read the other reviews on this Golden Corral. Another customer reported, they were asked what the nature of their disability was. That is against ADA. Then when I asked for a refund, I was told that the cashier wasn't talking to me. They chose to call Aurora PD, who God knows has way more important issues than to respond to golden corrals nonsense.
