Green chef steals your money right in front of you!!! I Disputed it on my card and they claim I ordered it. I looked at a menu that's it and why the hell would I order something that's going to sit on my front porch and rot for a week..

You do get fresh veggies that are good through two meals. But once you get to the third meal veggies start to spoil. I had to go out and re buy ingredients just to complete a meal.

Worst customer service/terms and conditions I've ever experienced. I canceled my subscription due to the expense shortly after I opened up the account. I did so via the app. Although it stated on my end that the account was successfully canceled, that was apparently NOT the case. Not only did they REFUSE to give me a refund, they did so prior to the box even shipping (and wasn't set to ship for another 4 days). When asked to speak with a supervisor both people ( yes I called 2x) diverted and told me a supervisor wouldn't help me/reverse the charges cause it was essentially my fault. Now I am gonna be stuck with a $80 box of who knows what (which makes this even worse due how many allergies I have). And FYI ... Green Chef is also Factor, the first rep accidentally disclosed that lil detail.

Wish I could give 0 stars. They require your credit card information prior to even seeing if you would be interested in the food. They advertise gluten free options but only 3 options per week out of over 24 were actually gluten free. When you attempt to cancel after finding out how terrible the menu is, they will tell you it's not possible. Asked that even though I was billed that they not send the food because go to would go to waste. I was told that's too bad just take it to a food bank. Deliver barely frozen meat to a food bank. I don't think so. It will go directly in the trash.

Awful!! They sent the wrong food I am allergic too and won't refund. When you email customer support it bounced back no email I called spoke to a very nice person in India that wasn't able to do anything but cancel my account. Not worth it buyer be wear!!

I just re-subscribed to Green Chef. I had no idea they give discounts to medical professionals, first responders, teachers and the military. I am getting a HUGE discount! 70% off meals for a YEAR! Their meals are delicious and all organic. I highly recommend Green Chef!

Don't risk doing business with Green Chef Delivery. I set up a green chef account, without a credit card to see what food is available. I ordered delivery for the following week, but received (and was charged for) food this week! The website didn't give me an option of when to start so delivery started right away without giving me the option to pick what I wanted. The meals were not what I would have picked. Yet I was charged for it. Customer service was a joke, was told there were no supervisors to talk to, I waited for over ½ hour only to be hung up on. Customer service was great at explaining to me the mistakes I made. There was no opportunity to say when to start the first delivery, so my bad for setting actually using this service. I canceled immediately. DON'T TAKE THE RISK USING GREEN CHEF! Go to another food delivery service.
They were too cheap to pay for real shipping such as 2 day so I got it 5 days later when it only stays frozen for 2. Ivan was rude saying what did I want him to do about it and no managers were going to talk to me and they weren't going to tell me anything different anyway. It's the day after trash is picked up and I need to find out where to throw a box of food that smells terrible and leaked all over my porch. I asked them to stop the box when it wasn't delivered by sat and expected Tuesday. They say it's not their fault but it is for using ground instead of 2 day shipping. They could have compensated something off the next box for having to find a place to get rid of a huge leaking box of food and scrubbing down my porch. They also refused to stop my next shipment because it was after the cut off date even though they admit it didn't get boxed or leave yet. This place is a joke. Save yourself the trouble and don't do it.

There drivers will not read delivery instructions and think it’s cool to leave boxes outside apartment buildings in the sun. I gave them 5 chances to deliver a box correctly and they could never get there

I have been subscribing since 2020, so three years as the time of this review. Over than time, eating Green Chef and working out more regularly I dropped 42 pounds. The meals are easy to prepare, are whole foods, and my package, Keto, takes the guess work and planning out of my weight loss. Not to mention the food is just downright tasty. We love the variety and sauces. Tastes like restaurant-quality at home. If I can lose the weight with this food, so can you.
