Chili's to Go. JUST DON'T! Food was awful! Missing Corn on the Cob. Chicken Crispers?? hahahaha Just two small DRIED up like leather pieces. Dry rub ribs... Leather is softer. DRIED up over dried up. Not edible. Skimpy on fries. ONLY thing edible was the mushy garlic bread. This wasn't the first time CHILI'S TO GO sucked. Apparently they didn't care. Called Chili's. Blamed the leather meal on Doordash claiming cold food not their problem. I emphasized the food was not cold but hard like leather. NOT a Doordash issue. Spoke to manager, couldn't care less. Could not refund with order number. Needed last 4 of CC.... well paid with PayPal on Doordash App... Cannot issue 3rd party refund. Sooooo gotta request refund from them. So I learned... Don't order from Chili's To Go...not the 1st time food was crap deilvered.... but will definitely be the last...Don't pay with PayPal ...Cuz options don't work. Seriously worst customer service. Management could have offered a gift card ?? Called Doordash to request refund??? Just overpriced food, overpriced fees. Wasted $37 incl tax/fees for ONE MEAL. We go to this Chili's in person a lot. Not anymore... this location has lost our business forever!

The cuisine appears to have been made with Applebee's boneless wings, which were barely tossed in the sauce. Was that what you desired? They were overcooked and quite dry.

Got the dry rub ranch wings delivered. Wings were under fried, still cooked, but under fried. These were gorgeous wings that still tasted good but damn if they were more crispy it would have been spectacular. I get it, they were in the Styrofoam so they were steamed a bit but that is no excuse. Let those beauties fry a few more minutes until they are golden brown and crispy before tossing in the sauce/dry seasoning. Hopefully you consider my feedback.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

Got wings with no dipping sauce. Fries are covered in wing sauce and soggy. I do not like my fries covered in honey pepper sauce… Got cheesecake instead of hand pies. Very Disappointing. Will not be ordering from here again.

Good portion sizes. Poorly seasoned because some of wings were completely naked from seasoning. Add a 30 minute wait on your estimated ready time. These are not high quality wings as other places around like BDubs. Next time just going to pick a place actually dedicated to wings instead of some weird side chain wing place disguised at Chilis. Chili’s food quality has taken a massive dive in the last 10 years and it all started when they downgraded their entire menu. So disappointing :( wish they kept things how they use to be
