Used the drive thru, I wasn't sure why they had me go to the front of the store and wait. I only ordered the breakfast platter and I was the only person there, so why the wait? Food was good, didn't wait to long. I wish I wouldn't have had to wait at all.

Terrible Terrible terrible experience ordered the double bonus jack combo with extra extra bacon , inserted my card , it was approved on screen , no Receipt printed , said it didn't go through , they seen it was approved on my side almost still ignored it was paid , whatever error happened on your side , should get fixed , tried to make me double pay , I refused obviously. Still got my food with no receipt for my points , I'm pissed at this jack in a box for sure .

Put order online for pickup as typical im told to pull around and they'll bring it out... employee comes out empty handed and say they my order to wrong person and they are working on remaking. Get home and find one of my breakfast jack was wrong.

They make you wait in the parking lot to hide how slow and inefficient they are. A general manager should look into the service standards at this location. Employees are friendly though and the food is allright.
